Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close enough to Picton and Waikawa Bay yet far enough away to feel you are a long way from both. Perfect environment for peace and quiet, but also perfect central spot to explore Marlborough. Ample space for children and animals to play. Plenty of parking space, including a boat. Wake up in the morning to the tuis and bellbirds. Go to bed at night listening to the bubbling stream with the morepork's in the background. 1 hour fromBlenheim, half hour from Havelock and 40 min to Picton. It is a 2 min walk down the drive to a private beach with a Jetty. Note- We live on site and will respect your privacy.

The Milestone.

The Milestone is a special place. We have a policy of NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 & NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR RECREATIONAL DRUGS ON THE PROPERTY. The cabin was meticulously handcrafted over a 5-year period by the owners. Nestled in a native forest/garden setting, you can enjoy the calm and spacious atmosphere, whilst still having modern amenities at your fingertips. We happily welcome & cater for touring motorcycle rider's needs. The cabin is conveniently sited within 30 minutes of the ferries.

Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.
