We enjoyed staying at this home. The place was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and the host was very communicative. The beach and clubhouse were only about a 5-minute walk, and the clubhouse has a restaurant with good food but closed kind of early. The beach also has a baby turtle releasing program, not sure when they do it but we were fortunate enough to be there during the release of the baby turtles.

The place had all we needed for a relaxing and seamless stay! ❤️ The caretaker's prompt responses were much appreciated! My nephews had such an amazing time here and are so eager to come back! Money and time spent here are definitely justified. I confidently recommend this! 😊

what a hidden gem! This place is truly a rare find—super private and peaceful, with the beach practically all to ourselves. We had the best time swimming in both the ocean and the pool. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway! While the place could use a bit of maintenance (a few hiccups with the toilets and air conditioning), it didn’t take away from our amazing stay. Ate Nat, her husband, and the rest of the caretakers were incredibly kind and helpful—they even went out of their way to buy fresh seafood for us! If you’re looking for a quiet escape to relax and recharge, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Sobrang saya ng overnight stay namin sa Casa Marisa, San Juan, Batangas! The host was super kind and accommodating. Thanks Ms. Angie! Ang ganda at linis ng place — very homey ang vibes, fully furnished, may complete amenities, at ready na kahit wala ka nang dalhin! May kitchen, malinis na banyo, at sobrang comfy ng beds. Pero ang pinaka-win sa lahat: may libreng bikes na aliw na aliw ang mga pamangkin ko! Paikot-ikot sila buong hapon, tapos nag-setup pa kami ng griller para sa barbecue. Ang saya lang! good vibes, masarap na food, at bonding time with family. Parang ayaw na nga nilang umuwi! The place was absolutely beautiful—I loved the design, and it was a perfect fit for me and my family. We truly enjoyed our stay. We did encounter a power outage that lasted around 3 hours or more. There was a generator, but it took a while to start, so there was a short downtime. Because of that, we decided to go to the clubhouse instead. The owner was very helpful and responsive throughout. The clubhouse was great, the swimming pool was beautiful, and we had so much fun there. As for the beach, I only took photos by the shore and the cabanas since the water was dirty, but my family still went for a swim. They said they had fun, but the water was indeed murky and had quite a few jellyfish.

We had an amazing stay in your place. We really felt right at home. Super clean and cozy. Everything we need is here and there are lots of resorts nearby. 7/11 and some restaurants are walkable. This is such a great deal! Kuya caretaker was very helpful too. Super nice and responsive. Thanks for hosting us!

It was an awesome three days and two nights staycation for our family. The place was very spacious and clean. Sleeping arrangements were not a problem for a group of 17. Rona was very helpful in providing a comfortable sleeping space for our soon-to-be octogenarian parents. Bathrooms were very clean, something we are very particular with. The kitchen provided everything we needed. We fully enjoyed the amenities, the pool, karaoke, Netflix. The place is near the beach, the golf cart made it easy for us to get there. Caretaker Dondon was always there to assist us, very kind and courteous. Over all it was a perfect weekend. Five stars and two thumbs up!!! We’ll definitely be back.

Ms. Jacquiline and her caretaker were very accommodating and kind. They truly exceeded my expectations. The place was clean and conveniently close to the beach and swimming pool. We had an amazing overnight stay here. Definitely worth every cent! I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it!
