The place was amazing and the backyard was incredible with its view, outdoor kitchen, pool and jacuzzi and lighting for night. It accommodated all 3 of our boats for parking which are not small boats. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Havasu.

Great place to stay, especially if you were coming out to run the Zion vacation races. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Place is exactly as it looks and described. Would definitely stay here again.

This was really a great place - I think “5 stars” on Airbnb doesn’t always mean much, but this was a 5-star place. I think the listing actually undersells a couple things. First, the place is bigger than I expected from the photos. Second, while there are neighbors, we’re talking about neighbors on maybe 1-acre lots, not a city neighborhood - the place feels quiet and rural

Beautiful, exactly as described..,Master suite has a very expensive mattress which is so -so comfortable…,A must sleep..,lol. We will definitely return in September Boat launch is 7 mins away..” State Six “!!!,Free and barely used by tourists… Pool table cue sticks need new ends/bumpers only complaint…. AC /ice cold.. Nest controlled, kitchen well stocked.. Pool is clean and refreshing…

My husband and I both agreed Kristin’s place is one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at! The location is great, the amenities are fantastic, and the hosts are so thoughtful. We especially loved the hot tub, fresh breakfast, and fun coffee bar! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The house was amazing! Perfect little oasis in Lake Havasu. Highly recommend the house! Pool and Hot Tub were amazing. Great views in all directions from the house. Close to London Bridge and all lake activities. Hosts were super responsive and always had a solution and instructions!
