The carriage house is a completely stand alone building with our private home in the front of the property. The unit is on the 2nd floor and includes one parking spot in driveway . Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. You can use our family (unheated) pool open mid June to September. Not suitable for pets or children. Special prices for long term.

Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country getaway. We are minutes from the historic village of Schoharie and 45 minutes from the Capital Region and Cooperstown. We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking (two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

It is 3 biking minutes from the Erie Canal Trailway, 3 driving min. from I-90, and walking distance to restaurants, the famous Arkell Museum, waterfalls, swim holes, and hiking. The well-equipped, two story guesthouse is welcoming year aroud, has one queen size bed and one queen sofabed, and is near Royal Ski Mountain (20 min), Copperstown (38 min), and Albany (50 min).

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!
