Meredith, the manager, was spectacular. She was a warm and welcoming host who took the time to make us feel at home with breakfast and good conversation. I recommend the Inn to every person passing through Blue Mountain Lake. You will not be disappointed!

Our one night stay at Christine’s wonderful home was amazing and peaceful. The large expansive classic and stately home looks just like the photos and is super inviting and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the adjoining sitting room was incredibly nice with a view. Property is amazing and stately. Christine is one of the nicest hosts you’ll ever meet on AirBnb. Highly recommended! You are missing out if you don’t stay here!!!

Deborah offers a clean and comfortable accommodation next to an amazing lake. Be sure to bring a boat to explore and watch the sunset. I know I will be back to enjoy the area and spend more time hiking.

Lovely BnB in downtown Utica. We are cycling the Erie Canal Trail and they were very helpful in allowing us a secure place for our bikes. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and chatting with other guests while eating or relaxing on the front porch. The room we stayed in was pretty small with only one chair to sit in, so we spent most of our time either out doing things or on the porch or the parlor. Room air conditioner worked great, however there wasn’t much air conditioning in the rest of the building. It was an unusually hot weekend. Hosts were friendly - breakfast and treats were yummy.

Spent a few nights while in town visiting the National Baseball HOF. Clean and spacious room. Great location in proximity to downtown and restaurants. Patty and Tom were great hosts. Friendly, responsive and provided spot on recommendations. Breakfasts were wonderful. I'll definitely be back.

Loved our stay at Sharon’s place in Pratts Hollow! Sharon was super friendly and welcoming and cooked us an amazing made to order breakfast every morning. Super comfortable beds in a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Would love to return!

They were very friendly and helpful with all r needs. The linens were soft and smelled fresh every day. She always made a lot of food in the morning for breakfast and gave us whatever we need.

We had a lovely stay at Jason’s place. The room was beyond clean and the bed was comfortable for our one night stay. It’s a great stop over if you’re traveling.

Our stay with Priscilla in the farmhouse was wonderful. The room we stayed in was very spacious with a big bed and several very comfy chairs. Priscilla greeted us in a very friendly manner and showed us all around and gave us recommendations for dinner. She was available to us for whatever we needed. We had two incredible breakfasts during our stay. Her avocado toast, which she was trying for the first time, was the best that I have had! On day number two we had delicious chicken sausage and blueberry pancakes, along with fresh fruit and orange juice and coffee. Once again, delicious. I grew up in a rural area so staying at this farmhouse on a rural road brought back many memories for me. The peace and the quiet was incredible….. And yet… You don’t have to go far to get to major roads or delicious food. On our last night, we went to Stacy‘s Scratch Kitchen in Broad Albin. Don’t miss this one! We gave it an 11 out of 10. 😊 Thank you, Priscilla, for everything!

If you are thinking about staying here, just do it. I promise there the stay will be a core memory! Absolutely the easiest and most peaceful place to stay!

Nancy, her family, and her place were lovely. We had a great stay and enjoyed meeting everyone. We felt very welcome and at home. It’s a beautiful space with a great play set and outdoor space for kids. Nice dogs too. We’d definitely come back if in the area again.

Ellen and Ed are ab fab hosts! And Ellen’s breakfasts are 5 star quality. I’m a tea drinker and Ellen had the exact brand that I drink…totally coincidental! Amenities in the room were top quality and 5 star hotel worthy! Ed even helped me do snow removal from my car and then drove me down the street to my destination!! A comfortable and convenient spot in a more remote area where quality like this is hard to find!

My wife and I stayed here with my brother and his wife. Ellen and Ed were super responsive to our messages and flexible with check in times. They live on the property, but have a private wing in the house which allowed plenty of privacy for us. The house is very homey and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was made hot and fresh, with unique and healthy options, that were delicious. Our group tried everything offered and thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll be recommending this place to family and friends in the future!

Exceptional in every way! Our stay at Pricilla’s place could not have been better. The location was just beautiful, with Amish farms nearby, rolling hills and gorgeous vistas. It is is an utterly bucolic and peaceful setting. The farmhouse is immaculately clean, spacious and well appointed. Pricilla is beyond accommodating, kind and a consummate host. Her breakfasts were amazing and varied, and always absolutely delicious. Priscilla herself is a very kind, interesting and engaging host, who gives you plenty of space, while also providing enjoyable and very informative conversation. Do not miss the opportunity to stay at this outstanding bed and breakfast if your travels take you to the Mohawk Valley! You will not be disappointed, and like my wife and I, will want to return again!
