Mieszkanie super, bardzo czyste ładne i funkcjonalne, bardzo nowoczesne, winda bardzo pomocna przy transporcie bagaży. W pomieszczeniu oprócz czajnika i żelazka było wszystko co potrzebne. Parking darmowy. Bardzo ładne i ciche miejsce, blisko plaża która nie jest przepełniona turystami ale za to mamy cichą darmową plażę na której przebywają chyba tylko Włosi, i to jest super bo nie ma takiego międzynarodowego ścisku tylko czysto i spokojnie. Plaża piękna piaszczysta. Jedyny minus ale może to nie minus to to że mało tam ludzi mówi po angielsku, ale za to mamy całkowicie włoski klimat. W mieszkaniu czego nie było w ogłoszeniu był też internet :) to duży plus. Klimatyzacja we wszystkich pokojach. Reakcja na problemy szybka. Jeśli ktoś szuka bardzo komfortowego i niedrogiego mieszkania do spędzenia w totalnym spokoju wakacji i w totalnie włoskim klimacie to miejsce godne polecenia.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage direkt am Sehr klaren Meer mit Sandstrand. Sehr liebe Gastgeberin die immer sofort erreichbar war, Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben hat und super freundlich war😊 Wir können diese tolle Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Ottima esperienza. Appartamento pulito, funzionale e perfetto per 2 persone. Comodo e piacevole lo spazio esterno perfettamente attrezzato per godere del sole o per mangiare all’ombra di un ampio ombrellone. Strategica la posizione, praticamente a 2 passi dal mare. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare anche la prossima estate.

L'appartamento è molto pulito e spazioso, con un terrazzo davvero bello e confortevole. E' situato in una zona tranquilla ma con tanti ristoranti e supermercati vicini, oltre alle belle spiagge raggiungibili a piedi! Parcheggio privato utilissimo.

La location di Marisa è un delizioso appartamentino che affaccia sulla piazzetta del Duomo del Borgo vecchio di Termoli. L'appartamento è perfetto per due persone sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Ordinato, pulitissimo, attrezzato di tutto. Marisa è un host eccellente, reattiva e pronta a rispondere a ogni esigenza.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Marco una settimana .Appartamento molto ampio pulitissimo e in una ottima posizione ,vicinissimo alla spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata di San Salvo, ristoranti e negozi nelle immediate vicinanze. Tutto perfetto..consigliatissimo.

Es war traumhaft. Alleine die Lage war ein Traum. Sehr sauber und sehr netter Gastgeber. Er hat direkt gefragt ob alles passt. Außerdem sehr großes Haus, was ideal ist um mit der Familie hinzufahren, da man sich nicht dauerhaft entgegenkommt. Der Strand super da man kaum Menschen sieht. Im insgesamten super toll, wir kommen wieder!👋🏼👋🏼

wir waren 1 Woche bei Andrea und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. der Strand ist gleich vor der Terrassentür, was mit Kindern mega praktisch war. den Pool haben wir tatsächlich nicht oft genutzt. die Küchenausstattung könnte ein bisschen mehr sein, da man sonst bei 4 Personen nach jeder Mahlzeit alles spülen muss, damit für das nächste Mal wieder ausreichend Besteck usw. vorhanden ist. vielen Dank für alles 😊

Alessandro hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles persönlich gezeigt. Es wurde auch nachgefragt, ob alles bei uns in Ordnung ist. Das war wirklich klasse! Das Appartement war genau wie auf den Bildern. Toll eingerichtet, alles sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der große Balkon mit direktem Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön und lädt zum frühstücken und verweilen ein. Das einzige was nicht der Beschreibung entspricht ist, dass kein Parkplatz auf privatem Grund vorhanden ist. Wir haben direkt vor dem Haus an der öffentlichen Straße geparkt. In der Nebensaison ist das kein Problem. Im Sommer könnte es schwierig werden. Das Haus ist auch noch eine Baustelle. Für meisten Appartements werden noch ausgebaut und fertig gestellt. Wir wurden den einen Morgen im 7 Uhr von Bohrmaschinen und Bohrhämmern geweckt. Hierzu sollte in der Beschreibung ein Hinweis stehen. Wir hahej uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vor allen das freundliche Entgegenkommen von Alessandro, die unkomplizierte Art war super!

Da Michelina è come stare a casa, anzi meglio perché a casa non hai la Michelina! La sua presenza e cura è sicuramente un motivo in più per soggiornare nel cuore dello splendido borgo storico di Termoli. Anche suo figlio Roberto è stato prezioso nell’accoglienza e per i consigli. Se il nostro soggiorno a Termoli è stato indimenticabile è anche grazie a loro e alla comodità e posizione dell’ alloggio che mettono a disposizione. Se mai torneremo a Termoli, non scorderemo di passare da loro a dare e prendere un abbraccio.

Very nice and clean as the pictures indicate. Giulia was very friendly and forthcoming. Her place is well located, in front of the sea and next to the old walkable city.

Lovely place, very well laid out and very modern and clean. Marco was waiting for us when we arrived and answered all our questions. In spite of it being cloudy and cold for 8 of the 11 days we were there, we enjoyed the beauty of the square looking over at the Duomo and the lovely, ancient walled town. We have probably spent time in more than 30 airbnb's in Italy and never had a wonderful cleaning lady come every 4 days! We are spoiled! Highly recommend it....

Für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen ist diese Wohnung perfekt. Die Bilder werden dem allen gar nicht gerecht. Die Wohnung ist liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend im ersten Stock. Von dem Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Palmen und das Meer. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Strand ist wirklich nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Während unserer Zeit hier hatten wir ihn oft für uns alleine und dort ist es perfekt zum entspannen. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert so viel Platz zum Spielen zu haben. Carmine und Maria waren die besten Gastgeber, die wir bis jetzt hatten. Sie waren immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns in die Gegend verliebt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Danke Carmine und Maria!

Great location, quiet and with private parking. The place is small but very cozy - perfect for 2 people. Mattia was very welcoming, incredibly responsive and kind - he recommended various local places to eat, including the most amazing gelateria. Would happily recommend to family and friends.
