Relaxing Country Getaway- come hike or just R&R

This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

Temperance Hollow Lodge is tucked away in the Hocking Hills of SE Ohio. Nestled on 80 acres for peaceful privacy but close enough to Hocking's historical caves and waterfalls. This 25-acre property includes a mile-long trail that goes fully around the entire property through the woods and pond located behind the lodge. Our lodge includes high-speed Wifi, a smart TV, a Keurig, a propane grill, and outdoor seating.

Back deck overlooks a ravine where you may see deer and other wildlife. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent this facility.

If going on all day adventures through the Hocking Hills State Park is your thing. Just remember to get back in time to watch the sunset over the valley while relaxing in the hot tub.
