Hi, Salut, Ciao, Hola! Newly bought and refurbished bay-side home shaded by 2 splendid Japanese Maples! Bright and cheerful and only a few blocks from the Leonardo marina and beach and minutes from the Seatreak ferry going in and out of NYC and beyond. You have your own floor, complete with bedroom, big living room and full bathroom, and may use the kitchen and back yard. I speak French, Italian and Spanish so all nationalities welcome! 10% use and occupancy tax to be paid upon arrival please.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath (sleeps 10) rental has a family room, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, serving ware and much more) with stainless appliances and granite counter tops.

Enjoy an old-fashioned stately home (think Downton Abbey but relaxed) convenient to beaches, Pier Village/shopping, Monmouth Park Race Track, Red Bank, music & theater, and train station. The house is comfortable, relaxing and convenient . Literally stroll off the beach for lunch or just take a break from the sun and leave your chair & towels on the beach.
