The place served us well for a guys golf trip, it would be perfect for a football weekend with a quick walk to downtown!

We absolutely loved Anthony’s place. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The master bathroom was beautifully decorated! We picked this house because of the outdoor accommodations which ended up being the best part of our stay! The kitchen had everything I needed to make a Nice easter dinner. The charcoal grill worked great!

Wow! What a gem. I stayed here before the night of a big exam and Eva had everything I needed including a white noise machine! I was able to read outside on the porch and watch birds, and everything was well stocked. Thank you very much for being so communicative and for doing such a lovely job with a home away from home. 🏠

We look forward to coming back. Quick drive into Morgantown for events.

We were in town for a swim meet and this place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable.

Peaceful neighborhood. Very clean place with comfortable furniture. Host checked in to make sure all was going well. I didnt need to contact them for anything because instructions were clear and accurate. Will try to book again next time we are in town for States at WVU.

House was just as described. And great to have our dogs with us too! There is a tenant in apartment below that was not mentioned until we got there. However we never heard them or saw them. House borders the woods which is nice for dogs to go for a walk. Very quiet neighborhood, but very close to college which worked for us. Would definitely return.

Very quiet area. Townhouse was clean and had everything you need. Beds were comfy! Would definitely choose again.

We greatly enjoyed our holiday vacation. The host was 100% friendly and responsive to all our needs. The treehouse was quaint and cozy and we even got to enjoy a thunderstorm while snuggled up as a family watching a Disney movie. My dog was welcomed and enjoyed the area as well. I got to lay out Easter treats in a private area and enjoy Easter morning with my kiddos. The beds were super comfy and the decor was darling. Loved this stay!

Perfect Gameday Getaway! We had an amazing time staying here for the WVU home game. The location was fantastic, and the home itself was top-notch. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable weekend. Highly recommend!

Had a great visit to Morgantown staying in the Little Blue House. The apartment was cute, clean, conveniently located, and I felt safe. Would stay again on future visits!

We really enjoyed staying at Buddy’s and will definitely keep it on our list for future Morgantown visits. It’s very close to Evansdale campus and the stadium and coliseum. Buddy greeted us in the driveway and gave us some instructions. Door is easy to get in to. The only thing I wish was there was a full sized fridge (we had food for tailgating) and maybe a lit path with stepping stones to get to the entrance as you have to walk around the side of the house. All in all, would 100% send this listing to a friend and, again, would stay here again.

10/10 – Would Definitely Recommend We had 12 guys in town for a golf trip, and this place was perfect. Way bigger than I expected—I had to walk through a few rooms just to find someone. Tons of couch and armchair space to spread out. The pool and patio. Both solid A+, had everything we needed to cook/grill instead of going out. Plenty of TVs, you can watch whatever you wanted. We didn’t use the pull-out couches, but all the beds (even the bunks) were used, and it worked out fine. Plenty of towels, and they even stocked the fridge with eggs and milk, which was a nice touch. If we’re back in Morgantown, this is where we’re staying again. No question

Nathan’s place was just what we needed! Our daughter is a freshman at WVU and we were visiting for Easter weekend. The space was clean, beautiful and perfect for our family to relax. The kids loved the game table and we all loved the hot tub. The fireplace and the seating area were charming and relaxing. Morgantown restaurants, WVU campus and Cheat lake are both just a short drive away. The deck is a slice of heaven! The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were even two types of coffee makers. Everything is so new and clean, and we loved the huge shower with the dual showerheads! Being able to bring our pup was a bonus. What a great place, we will definitely be back!

Robert was an excellent host!! We ended getting snowed in an extra day and he went above and beyond to make sure we had enough food and supplies. Robert even came and shoveled our walkway and brushed off my car. His place was beautiful and we had a great time. I definitely recommend staying with Robert!!

We loved our stay here! Kelli’s home was comfy and cozy. During the day we went out to tour the area which was beautiful but it was so nice to come back and relax. We loved sitting on the deck to watch the sunset and deer. Thank you Kelli!

We enjoyed our stay at Alison's place. Lovely location and great spot! Alison was super responsive and quick to answer questions even around the holidays. We would definitely stay again!
