The Lockly house is a newly renovated and fully furnished three bedroom house. The Homestead has been in our family for over 170 years. This ranch style farmhouse was built in the early 1960's. This Homestead is located on 40 acres, with over an acre here with the home. The Homestead features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, with an open area to the living, kitchen, and dining area. The house is partially carpeted and ceramic tile, and is fully furnished including the kitchen. This is located out in the country surrounded by farm fields, so very peaceful and private.

The second bedroom has two plush twin beds. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer to do laundry. The private patio is a nice spot to relax in the morning with coffee or to wind down at sunset.

Come enjoy the wide open country in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
