Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

House has four bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a kids room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds - entire house is newly remodeled. It's the only house on 3rd Lake. You can use the pontoon (extra charge and 3 day notice needed) and take it to both 1st and 2nd Lakes or you can take the kayaks or row boat (with trolling motor) to any of the six lakes which are all connected and tie to the Flat River.
