New Oceanfront-Villa between Montezuma and Cabuya. The villa has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with Kingsize 2m x 2m , and the 3rd room with 2 single beds , which you can use as one bed as well. Here you have both: The view and the walking distance to the beach. Nice beach “Playa Los Cedros” in the front, good for combing and swimming. ( If you want to use the AC , I charge an electricity amount extra. ) 4x4 needed for the area/ driveway. Ask for details !

Also you can enjoy the shared pool in the complex. The apartment is part of “Ocean apartments complex” and situated on the second level (To get to the apartment you have to go up the stairs). The complex is located on a very steep road and 4x4 is necessary
