The apartment was brand new and beautifully decorated with a huge outdoor patio. It was hidden behind an old Roman wall so you felt like you were living in history. Francesco our host couldn't have been more helpful. No question was too hard and a minor issue we had was fixed instantly. A real first class Host. The location was perfect. A 20 minute walk into central Rome or both a bus and tram stop right out front which can get you all over Rome in no time. And being just outside the city proper it was like living as a local. Wonderful cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, Delis, and shops for everything you could need, and none at "Tourist" prices. This will be our new base in Rome!

This Air B & B stay is the kind that makes you start making plans for a return visit while on your flight back home. Our first trip to Rome was spectacular because we chose a great place to stay. Asia has an Air B & B Super Host rating for a clear reason; her rental is exceptionally clean, beautiful, and a safe location. She met us in person upon arrival to review the property; locks, lights, heating and cooling, and most importantly- the coffee maker! (We did drink a lot of fantastic coffee) Asia gave us some great advice and pointers when it came to restaurants and local markets. No need to worry about any difficulties in getting there, this rental is just 1.2 miles from Termini station (take the Leonardo Express from FCO) where there are plenty of taxis or Ubers to drop you off at the doorstep. 5 Via Alpi is about a 14 minute walk to a metro station, from there one can travel to all parts of Rome. I highly recommend this rental and will choose it for my next trip to Rome!

La casa è la più bella in cui abbia mai alloggiato! Arredata in stile moderno, ma originale, ambiente molto curato nei dettagli e super pulito. Ha tutti i comfort. Una cucina splendida e attrezzatissima. Vanity set in bagno con cose che non avevo mai trovato altrove. Mi sono sentita come a casa. La location è perfetta. Area tranquilla, immersa nel verde, ambiente rilassante. Tra una visita e l’altra mi sono goduta il giardino, il divano super comodo e la TV con l’accesso a Netflix. Cosme, il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo e premuroso. Mi ha chiesto ancor prima di arrivare se avevo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa che avrebbe potuto comprare per me. Durante il soggiorno è venuto a conoscermi e mi ha dato tantissimi consigli utili per visitare la città e navigare il quartiere di San Lorenzo, che ho trovato molto autentico e vivace. Insomma, ho trovato una gemma nascosta in questa casa! Io tornerò di sicuro e consiglio vivamente a tutti l’esperienza.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit als kleine Familie bei Mirko in Rom. Er war stehts proaktiv und entgegenkommend. Der Garten und das Haus sind wirklich sehr schön mit tollen Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Die Hühner waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit frischen Eiern versorgt. Das Trampolin haben die Kinder auch viel genutzt. Das Haus liegt ca 20 min mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen, und ca 20 min von der Piazza Venezia im Zentrum mit dem Bus entfernt. Die Kinder haben mir gesagt, dass ich das Haus sehr gut ausgewählt habe, und sowas sagen Kinder selten!

A place of peace close to Roma center. Very clean, well equipped, and Andrea has made it such a cozy, even romantic place, where you will feel at home immediately. A rare find with a nice garden and easy parking. The host lives nearby, speaks excellent English and was extremely friendly, proactive and helpful. Andrea has reached about perfection with this home. Check it out!!! You'll be very pleased, as I was.

Dit is een oase in een hectische stad. Stefano is een fantastische gastheer. Het is wel een hele klim om de bus te bereiken maar eenmaal in de bus sta je in 30 minuten op het Sint Pietersplein. Het huis is van alle luxe voorzien. Het enige wat mist is een wasmachine. Wanneer je zoals ik, drie weken, verblijft moet je hierop voorzien zijn of een Lavanderia zoeken. Stefano heeft het ook aangeboden te laten doen maar dat vond ik niet nodig. Kortom een fantastische uitvalsbasis om Rome te bezoeken.

Adorei a casa, a decoração, muito romântica e bem romana, a cama de casal, deliciosa para dormir, descansei bastante, já que vinha de outras cidades. Tivemos alguns problemas que o Davide prontamente nos respondeu e nos auxiliou. Com certeza, uma outra vez em Roma, me hospedarei novamente

Eine Minivilla jenseits des Tibers, südlich von Trastevere, mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Supermarkt 700 m entfernt. Drei kleine Etagen, über Spindeltreppe miteinander verbunden, auf großem Gartengrundstück gelegen, rundum mit begrünter Mauer umgeben und mit hohem verschlossenen Gartentor versehen. Sehr private Atmosphäre. Dennoch ruhige Nachbarschaft in Sichtweite. Alarmanlage fürs gesamte Haus bei Bedarf übers Handy zu bedienen. Hochparterre mit Küche, Bad und Wohn-/Essraum, davor herrliche Terrasse, die auch im Dezember zum Essen einlädt. 2 Schlafzimmer - im Souterrain (oberhalb der Straßenebene, inkl. Bad) und im Dachgeschoss unter Holzbalken - wunderbarer Schlaf. Gut restaurierte Räume, alle funktional eingerichtet, Küche und Bäder könnten Verschönerung gebrauchen. Antonella ist eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin, kommt selbst vorbei, wenn Hilfe nötig ist, lässt Gästen ihre Privatsphäre und gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge außerhalb von Rom. Wein und Knabbereien als Willkommensgruß!

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vittorios Villa. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Jacuzzi, für Elten und Großeltern war eher die Nähe zur Kultur der ewigen Stadt wichtig. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, aber nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Museen ist es herrlich, sich in der Ruhe der Nachbarschaft am Pool bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu entspannen. Vittorio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auf die Restaurants sollte man außerhalb der Saison lieber nicht zählen.

Questo alloggio è in una posizione che mette subito a proprio agio. Abbiamo passato tanto tempo in giardino, godendoci la tranquillità. Avevamo tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e abbiamo vissuto il viaggio in modo sereno e senza pensieri. Grazie di cuore.

posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che Roma in pochi minuti! la casa è pulita e accogliente, cucina e bagno accessoriati in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona Daniela ma al telefono è stata molto disponibile, il check in ce lo ha fatto Tommaso che è stato efficiente e puntuale. Se volessi tornare da quelle parti lì sceglierei di nuovo!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e non possiamo fare a meno di elogiare l'ospitalità del nostro host, una persona davvero super alla mano, gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. È stato attento a ogni dettaglio, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse alcun comfort durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è davvero bellissima e non osiamo immaginare quanto possa essere bella in primavera o in estate. È dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili: sauna, jacuzzi super igienizzata, una piscina meravigliosa e un barbecue perfetto per pranzi e serate all’aperto. La casa è impeccabile, pulita e ben equipaggiata con ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato con degli amici e un’altra coppia e gli spazi interni sono molto ampi, comodi e accoglienti. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a soli 3 minuti c’è un bar con tavolini all’aperto e a 5 minuti un supermercato grande e ben fornito. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per un nuovo! C&A

Amazing time in the villa, such a beautiful and wonderful private area. Excellent for big groups/families

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Very elegant place, amazing garden and the host is very friendly and supportive. Although it’s not near the downtown but it worth commuting. I would definitely visit them again.

Ideal family accommodation, spacious inside with amazing gardens and pool outside. Would definitely recommend and would book again next time we are in Rome.

Ho trovato molto facilmente l'alloggio e Rossana è stata molto disponibile e cordiale già dalla mia prima richiesta prima ancora della prenotazione. Una volta arrivato ho trovato stanza e bagno perfettamente in ordine e profumati, il luogo è incantevole, le foto non rendono pienamente giustizia a tutta la situazione nel complesso... Poi gli ulivi, il vigneto, l'aria fresca e pulita: di pace avevo bisogno e pace ho avuto! Non posso che sperare che l'alloggio sarà sempre libero quando ne avrò ancora bisogno, sicuramente non cercherò altrove altre soluzioni!

From the surprise anniversary cake, bouquet, Prosecco, and genuine conversations, to the parting gift of homemade honey and sweets — every gesture made us feel something we’ve rarely felt while travel. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but this felt like leaving our parents’ home — that same bittersweet feeling of being truly cared for. Love was everywhere — in the space, the people, the air — comforting us and bringing even happy tears. The home was stunning, full of soul and elegance, but it’s the people who made it unforgettable. We're taking back not just memories, but the feeling of belonging. Gianpiero and Eugenia, thank you for everything. You've touched our hearts forever. We'll be back, with more time and the same love in our hearts.
