The property is a few miles south of Brookings, SD or 41 miles north of Sioux Falls, SD. You can watch the sun set from one of the 3 decks. Pool table, poker table, gas fire pit, wood fire pit, and two docks on the property. The public beach and Kattails Bar and Convenience store is 300 yards away. 3 night minimum. No bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Ideal for ice fishing in the winter and fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming and water sports in the summer. Walking distance from public beach and Kattails Resort (bar, restaurant, convenience store). 2 kayaks are available for use. Close to public boat access.
