The bathroom is separate from the room as can be seen in photo 5. Located outside Camden with a 15 min walk into the town, 50 minutes from Sydney and 10 mins from the Hume Highway. The proximity to Camden makes it very convenient. (1.2 km) You can walk back from a night out.

Enjoy a tranquil setting with leafy views overlooking tree lined streets in this updated tri-level attached/townhouse with seperate access and off-street parking, and plenty of safe street parking. Located just off the M1 motorway (ideal stop over if traveling along the M1) and near the SAN Hospital. Close to schools such as Abbotsleigh and Knox, and Hornsby Westfield. The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

Suburban Bush Retreat Guest House

In the leafy suburb of Engadine, in Sydney's south, our property is located on the doorstep of the Royal National Park and Heathcote National Park. Either relax by the pool or spend the day walking in the National Parks (or both), or simply stay with us if you're looking for a comfortable bed in the area.

The Rose Guest Suite

Small modern guest suite (studio) with your own separate bed, living room, bathroom and well equiped kitchen. All self contained within a studio style room (attached to the main house) with separate entry door and in a convenient location. Just 5 minutes walk to Sefton train station and 8 minutes to grocery store, nearby park, swimming pool and club. Also includes a washing machine and shared clothes line at the back.

100 year old Railway Carriage

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.
