The Hayloft- Apartment with Mountain View

The Hayloft is a renovated hay barn loft once used by an Alaskan pack hunting guide. It was later converted to an adorable loft style apartment. With nearby hiking in the Chugach National Forest or fishing on the Upper Kenai, the loft is the perfect jumping off point for a variety of adventures on the Kenai Peninsula. You will feel right at home in this charming and cozy apartment perfect for a small family or group of friends. We have added Starlink internet service for great WiFi speeds!

Most likely you won't want to leave, just chill on the HUGE covered deck with firepit and chairs, sip your coffee/wine, BBQ some steaks, be....guests have access to the wood fired sauna and hot tub. Nestled in the heart of the Kenai Mountains, Renfro's Lakeside Retreat is located on emerald green Kenai Lake. Renfro's offers five unique cabins which are located on the lake. Renfro's offers spectacular views of huge snow capped mountains and a 30-mile long lake. This pristine retreat has the feel of true wilderness and yet is located only 20 miles from Seward. This means you are within driving distance of the activities people want to see and experience while on the Kenai Peninsula.

Enjoy an evening respite during your summer outdoor Alaskan adventures at this scenic and centrally-located place. Easy access to local outdoor activities, plus Seward and Cooper Landing. Due to the rural nature of the location, please note that it is best suited for those persons WITHOUT mobility issues and who are comfortable navigating stairs, day and night, and uneven ground. This property is not child-proofed. For safety reasons, it is unsuitable for infants and children under 7.

The Ohana Cabin

New in '22! Brand new custom-built cabin surrounded by the Kenai Mountains on the outskirts of Moose Pass. This cheerful, cozy cabin is located on the same property as the Inn at Tern Lake- a unique Bed & Breakfast Inn. Guest have access to the walking trails, the tennis court, golf green, and children's playset. The cabin is centrally located close to some of the best hiking trails, fishing, and adventures in Alaska! Seward, Cooper Landing, and Hope are a short drive away.

We have several amazing lodges and ice cream shops close by as well as amazing views . So come relax , rejuvenate and enjoy. This unit is located in the basement of the main residents .
