Large house in a quiet location , ideal for family gathering . Kitchen was well equipped which made catering easy . No camp cot or high chair but we bought our own . Thankyou

We are from Leyland and came back for my grandad’s birthday. The house was perfect! We felt right at home. It had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved the garden and enjoyed a bit of sunbathing! The host was very responsive and provided us with extra items for the babies when we asked. We will be back!

Awesome spot just away from the promenade. Safe area and easy to get to. We used it as a base for the Blackpool marathon and was perfect for all we needed 👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

I don't go away very often and made the decision to use an air b and b for the first time.Myself and a work colleague had to attend a conference in Blackpool and wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing after a long day. The accommodation was excellent and there was nothing more we could have wanted in the property. The correspondence from Samantha was quick and clear before,during and after. I recommend anyone who needs to visit this area to give this accommodation a good look

Very clean property, within easy walking distance of the city centre (and our son’s student digs). On street parking found easily, loved the garden and sitting in the sun with a coffee. Very clear instructions from Phillip and loved the fact we could bring our small dog. Would definitely like to stay again.

Marie’s place is fantastic for a group coming to Morecambe. It’s very spacious very clean and very comfy. I’d be more than happy to stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property! Gerard was lovely and extremely responsive. He provided clear instructions beforehand for how to find the property as it varied slightly from the postcode. We went to the Lake District and this was perfect location which was not too far to drive there

Stayed for 2 nights in the caravan, was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. In a lovely location close to the sea front.

Gorgeous lodge with lots of things to do in the surrounding area! Mark was a very friendly and proactive host who messaged to make sure everything was ok. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful lodge!

Denise was extremely helpful and approachable. She took the time to send a few messages to ensure we were clear on check in. Denise welcomed us and showed us to the lodge. The lodge was super clean, well equipped and Denise even supplied the basic condiments, tea, coffee, juice, milk with some welcome biscuits thrown in! The lodge was also dog friendly. The kids loved their bed room and we were all very comfortable. We had a great stay and the lodge more than met our needs. We plan to return.

Lisa has been responsive whenever I asked something. The unit is perfect with everything we need. Flexible check in time. Perhaps the only thing to improve is to put some obvious sign/item on the door/ surrounding outside to make it obvious/ different from other caravans because it was super dark at night and we took sometime to locate our caravan.

really lovely place to stay in the Lake District. The accommodation is modern, clean and reasonably spacious (it can sleep 5 but dining table is small and can only fit 4). But the bedrooms are nice with super comfortable beds, and both bathrooms are right next to each bedroom, which is really handy . The kitchen is well equipped with a washer/dryer too which we didn't use but great to know it's there for the future. Only improvements I could suggest is to include a coffee machine ( which every Airbnb property we've stayed at has had and are cheap but great for guests who enjoy a decent coffee in the morning), and for the TV to have terrestrial channels. It was a smart TV so it was great being able to connect our Netflix account to, but this and catch-up was all that was available. These are minor points as neither would stop us returning. Louise and team were very responsive to our queries which was great. We'll definitely return soon and can recommend this place.

This property was beautiful, and as described. I would go as far as saying it exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home from home. We visited with our dog and a lovely touch was the dog basket with blankets, towels and treats. It was spotlessly clean and had all the little things that you seem to forget when going away for a few days (salt, pepper, cleaning products). The host was very attentive and sent us so much information beforehand (where to visit, eat, local shops etc.) The property was situated in a quiet area with a little pond opposite us, it was lovely to see the ducks plodding along throughout the day. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants a few days relaxation, sight seeing and peace and quiet to give this property a go!

The pictures just don’t do this wonderful place justice, the lodge is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. We were met by Stan on arrival and he walked us round the lodge and told us all helpful bits and bobs. He left us a book with recommendations and info for the lodge and its amenities. We had access to 3 kayaks which were so much fun! Nothing was too much trouble for Stan he was very responsive and so friendly. We will definitely be returning, what a perfect stay in a perfect location and accommodation. Thanks Stan and his wife Jane again.

The apartment was as described, it was clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Carl greeted us when we arrived and was really friendly and informative. Great place, great host.

Cottage is lovely and in a great village, a short walk from a friendly pub that serves great food. Good base for travelling to the lakes and some lovely walks locally. Cottage is very warm and welcoming and our host Liz was brilliant , clear communication and very reactive.

Lovely weekend with the girls. It’s in the perfect location to stay in and enjoy the surroundings or go out for a few drinks in Lytham/ St Annes. Kate was great, very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks for having us Kate, we will be back xx

My wife and I have literally just had the best couple of nights and days ever in the most beautiful bungalow/cottage in a fantastic location. Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

I booked this for my disabled brother, his disabled friend and a carer. Very modern with really comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect location to visit all the amenities in Blackpool and far enough away to relax after a busy day sightseeing. They can’t wait to go back next year!

We had a lovely time there, the location was great and the host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. it was a peaceful and relaxing break, and just a short drive from the centre of town where we could explore and have lots of fun, ☺️ thanks for a lovely break

Victoria was a great host and replied quickly to any questions I had. The location of the property couldn’t be any better as it’s only 5 minutes walk into town. Also 5 minutes walk to train station too. The property itself has everything you need, beds were comfortable and we were left a little hamper of treats and a birthday card for myself which was a nice touch. I would recommend staying here.
