We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

The Parsonage 1873 - No Fees!

Make your trip unforgettable! Step back into the Wild West, the early days of Hays City! One of the oldest homes still standing from the early days of Hays, built in 1873. This two bedroom, two bath, has been renovated to reflect the rough and tumble, primitive days in Hays City. With modern amenities such as, but not limited to, heated floors, air conditioning, walk in showers, a large antique soaking tub, coffee, king and queen beds. Historic photos and books make for an interesting stay!

Spacious vintage upstairs apartment with hard wood floors, high ceilings and tall windows. Bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower. Full kitchen with all amenities. Laundry and Gym in the same room. Gym has treadmill, stair master and free weights. Huge bar/game room has a pool table and games. Deck overlooks downtown. Large bedrooms with closet/drawer space. It is a vintage building that has old hardwood floors, strange plug ins, antique hardware on doors, and some stairs to climb to get to it.

Moscow Mule Landing

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. If you're still thirsty, hit up The Well down the road! Or escape with a book in the cozy book nook. End the night under the stars beside the fire pit and land in the velvet covered Cali King bed. Start your morning winning in the gym and enjoying the sunrise on the front porch with a hot or iced coffee!

Branded 5 Bunkhouse Farm & Kennel, no cleaning fee

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Branded 5 Stable. Quiet country roads, horses and more! Spacious, private and clean 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. We don't allow pets in apartment but do provide 3 roomy dog kennels or space in our garage for traveling kennels. Hunters welcome! Come and enjoy our many animal friends, pick up a brush or help us feed! You may also be treated to our boarders exercising horses while here. We are sorry but we do not offer horse back riding lessons at this time.

North Fork Ranch offers a relaxing atmosphere with the scenic beauty of rural Kansas. The overnight accommodations offer a quiet getaway where travelers can relax in the comfort of their air-conditioned/heated rustic room in the loft of the ranch barn. The backyard view is memorizing with gently rolling hills, abundant wildlife, and wide-open spaces. Grandma's House. Entire house is available; Three bedroom house; 4 Queen size beds. Fully functional kitchen, BBQ grill available as well. House located in the heart of Pheasant Hunting Country! We do allow dogs, but ask they not stay in bedrooms. TV, DVD, WIFI, Roku available. NEW HEATING AND AIR INSTALLED spring 2023 Morland is a sleepy and relaxing little town, there is The Office (bar), and Morland Mercantile.
