"Kingfisher Cottage" is the epitome of life in rural Herefordshire. A sumptuous cottage, thoughtfully designed and styled by Edward Bulmer, as an eco friendly haven, using repurposed furniture, re-loved items and other planet friendly touches. Countless breathtaking country walks and some of the best food and drink around. A peaceful slice of our wonderful county (and recent film set of Hamnet), perfect for walkers and small market town explorers, ideal as a writers retreat or small family stay.

The Garden House
A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Relax with a glass or dinner on the terrace whilst spotting wildlife in the river below, or in winter unwind by the cosy woodburner. Within easy walking distance of the historic centre of Leominster with its celebrated range of antique shops. Good access to public transport, or a public car park is yards away. A great base to explore the wonderful Herefordshire countryside.

Tawny Owl Barn
Tawny Owl Barn is a 200-year-old, grade 2 listed, tastefully converted barn in the village of Leintwardine. A large garden is available for our guests which has a wildlife pond and waterfall and another barn with an open fire available for sitting around. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, and well-equipped. There is a large kitchen/diner and lounge plus two bedrooms with en-suites. A large lounge settee can also be used as a double bed. There are two pubs and shop within walking distance.

Countryside retreat
My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.

The Servants' Quarters is a restored, unique self catering accommodation located in Leominster Town Centre. Originally the servants quarters of an impressive historic house, the apartment has been expertly restored to its former Edwardian glory, complete with servants bells and a fully equipped retro kitchen. The apartment can sleep up to 4 in genuine Edwardian brass beds. Leominster is close to walking routes and surrounded by the gently rolling hills of North Herefordshire.
