A battery backup has been installed so you can now also enjoy uninterrupted power :) Please note that the cottage has a beautiful sea-view, but no walking beach access, the closest beach is around 7-10 min with the car. We have now added a beautiful wood-fired Kolkol jaccuzzi so you can enjoy a relaxing time no matter of the loadshedding schedule.

The Oakhurst Schoolyard - Holly's Hangout

Once the farm school, this buildings have been converted into three semi detached, self-catering units. Holly's Hangout is the middle of the three units. With gorgeous rural views, fresh country air and a setting like this, you’ll wonder how the kids managed to concentrate during their school day. You also get a front row seat to watch the cows commute to the dairy at milking time. NB: The unit is in close proximity to the neighbouring one.

The farm is conveniently located 22km from George, 35km from Oudtshoorn, 70km from Mosselbay and makes the perfect place to stay while exploring the beauty of the Garden Route and Klein Karoo.
