Constructed in 2020! Commonwealth Cottage is an modern, cozy getaway in Paducah on site of the Commonwealth Event Center. Enjoy the 16 acre grounds with a panoramic pond view while being located a mile from Paducah’s main hub. Enjoy ample indoor space for up to 8 guests to stay & a back porch to enjoy the view. The main room includes a king bed, mini fridge and microwave, dining table, & living room with a sleeper sofa. An additional bedroom includes a full bed with twin bunk & trundle.

The TreeLoft is a custom built luxury treehouse for two nestled in the eastern part of the Ozark Mountains. Enjoy the gas fireplace for a cozy evening ambiance, a private hot tub under the stars, roasting s'mores over an evening fire or an early morning soak in the free standing tub. All of this is located within 20-45 minute scenic drive of hiking trails, wineries, and restaurants . It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
