The home was exactly how it was described and pictured in the listing. The host provided clear instructions for everything in advance, which was a huge bonus. The heated garage fit our very large truck, which made the stay more comfortable. It was a quiet and peaceful location outside of the hustle and bustle of the ski resort, which is exactly what we wanted. The home was clean and had all basic necessities. The driveway would have been tricky without a 4-wheel drive vehicle, but the host had warned us of this in advance and there was A LOT of snow when we visited. One of the bedrooms was chillier than the rest, but had a heater, although the heater was a little tricky to work and was on a timer. The furnace was a bit loud in some of the rooms, so that might bother some guests, but we were fine. It could use a little updating as far as furniture, but while on vacation, we are typically only at the home when sleeping, so it worked for us. We would stay again!!

This was the second time staying here, but it won't be the last. Exceptional host and home.

This house was a great size for two families to fit comfortably. It was in walking distance to the river, the park, and town plus an easy drive to Monarch Mountain. Great spot for spring break .... We would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming house in Leadville! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into making this place special. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved waking up to the mountain views and sipping coffee on the porch in the crisp morning air. Every amenity we could’ve needed was thoughtfully provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfy beds and extra blankets. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or just a quiet getaway, this place is an absolute treasure. We can't wait to go back!

This house was perfect for the two of us. Private yet very close to town. The floor plan is a bit quirky- we slept in the king size bedroom, but used the larger bathroom which is intended for the other two bedrooms (the bathroom closest to our bedroom was tiny). The house has some vintage features which add to its charm. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with spices, oil, vinegar, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. There is a washer, which we used. A nice clothes line is in the backyard. The backyard and front porch are delightful for outdoor relaxation. We would definitely stay here again. Gigi was a super host.

The place was perfect for our family of 4. A short drive to ski Cooper and beautiful settings for morning coffee or dinner. Sharon and Sam were so kind to message us about a heard of elk in the valley and the place even had binoculars for us to get a closer look. Our boys loved the games as well! Overall it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we would love to come back again.

Had a lovely time. Loved the game collection but really appreciated the CD collection.. As a 90's kid, it was really nostalgic and pretty rad! Haven't listened to some of those albums in literal years!! Played Green Day all the way home..Would book again.

Jenifer’s place in Alma was absolutely breathtaking!!! The views of the mountains in the mornings with your coffee is unbeatable. It was exactly as described and the house was beautiful! Otto’s food cart is about 1 mile away and has the best chicken sandwiches if you’re looking for a local gem. Breckenridge is about 25 minutes away with endless amounts of restaurants to dive into. I couldn’t recommend Jen’s place enough!
