The Abode is a cosy, well appointed apartment, ideally situated in the heart of Mt Maunganui between the main surf beach & harbour. Enjoy views of the swimming pool and a glimpse through trees of the ocean from the balcony. There is a sauna and gym. A private right of way to the ocean is a bonus .The Abode is an all-season getaway. Everywhere is a short walk; surf beach, harbour, Mt Mauao walking tracks, cafés, restaurants & boutique shopping on Mount MainStreet.

This modern room features a queen bed, ensuite, and private entry, offering both comfort and privacy. Just across the road, Omanu Beach invites you to relax with a coffee and enjoy a stroll along the expansive white sands. For the active, there's golf nearby, biking into town, and the iconic Mount Maunganui to climb. Tea and coffee are provided for your convenience. Please note, the room is located below our home, so you may occasionally hear some noise from above.

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

This beautifully appointed one bedroom guest suite is located close to the beaches and shops. With a comfortable queen bed, a generous sized living area and modern fittings throughout, this guest suite will feel like your home away from home. Semi self-contained & central beach haven

Superbly located on Te Ngaio Rd in the heart of Mount Maunganui, this semi self-contained (no kitchen) accommodation is just 250 metres from the beach and a gentle 5 minute stroll to cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. There are two rooms. One generously large room has a queen bed and single bed. The other room is essentially a lounge with a sofa bed. Both rooms open out to a beautiful landscaped backyard that is shared with us and our 2 kids.

The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. Whether you’re coming for a short beach break, event at nearby Baypark, or an extended stay, we’d love to welcome you.

Bedroom is separate from the living area and has a modern ensuite. The suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach. It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

A purpose built hotel room style guest accommodation. Located two blocks to the beach, two blocks to New World supermarket and Central Parade shops/cafe. Walk or ride a bike to Mount Main street. Happy to give out advice for local activities, surfing, kite boarding, sailing, biking, hiking, hot pools, or just the best place to grab a good beer and feed!
