Mark & Nancy were on top of everything before we got to the cabin. From vehicle recommendations to all of the info we needed to get in. The airbnb was stocked with everything we needed along with fun card and board games to keep everyone entertained. One couple on the trip even got engaged at the top of the hill right by the airbnb with the beautiful mountains in the background! 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay in this magnificent cabin was nothing short of magical—it truly felt like we were living in a movie scene! While the listing description was flawless, the pictures don’t do it justice. The cabin is even more breathtaking in person, offering a pristine and serene escape. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Lori and Scott are exceptional hosts—attentive, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions before and during our stay. The cabin itself is stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it a true home away from home. Lori and Scott’s warmth and hospitality made us feel more like friends and family rather than just guests. I absolutely loved my stay at this cabin. Hanna was a great host and easy to communicate with. Check-in was easy to understand and secure. The huge windows and amazing view are gorgeous, and the space is nice and clean, but super comfy. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast in the kitchen with ease, all the essentials we needed were there. Check-out was reasonable and easy to follow. We were so happy and are definitely hoping to come back!

Beautiful place inside and outside. Lots to look at and very relaxing. Be aware of a dirt drive uphill. The road is well packed down but would have been harder in a smaller car. But if you are looking to have quiet and away from the busy area this is where to go!

This place was fantastic getaway/girls trip. Loved all the amenities and the grounds. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends looking for a peaceful relaxing experience.

This was a very peaceful, quiet home. Extremely clean, pup friendly and full of spa-like amenities. We loved the fireplace, cozy blankets, room/shower sprays, white noise machines and diffusers in every bedroom, giant comfy dog beds for our fur baby. Don’t forget the towel warmer before you hit the pristine hot tub with provided robes and towels. Brooke was very communicative, not that we needed to reach out for much. The property is on a dirt road but was very easy to find and we kept GPS signal the entire drive there from Denver. The WiFi worked perfectly the whole time. Ceiling fans work wonders and there is a small fan in the main bedroom for extra flow and white noise at night. No TV in the main bedroom but we slept with door open and could see the TV in bed perfectly. The mountain air more than Made up for no AC at night. All in all, we had an amazing, relaxing time outside the city and would definitely book again. Don’t hesitate, book this property now!

On a scale of 1-10 this place is a 12. We spent weeks looking at different cabins for vacation and always ended up back at this one. When we got there we found the description to be understated as it was way more then could be put into words. Everyday was more stunning then the one before , the host were always very prompt with answers to any questions we had. With just a short drive to Leadville we could find anything we needed. I highly recommend that if you rent this cabin that you visit the cabin before any shopping for supplies as it is very well stocked. We did pick up some corn feed and bird seed which kept us very entertained with wildlife we were able to see and watch 11 different species of beautiful birds. We spent 9 days here and wish it could have been longer but we are already talking about booking another trip but at a different time of year. If your looking for the perfect place for a long stay or even just a weekend getaway look no further.

We enjoyed our stay. Will come back again I’m typically not a big reviewer however, I felt that this place needs to be recognized for the quality of communication and the cleanliness of the cabin.

Jodi's place was great! We got to check in early and the views were amaing! Our toddler loved the loft bedroom! Would stay again!

The views are absolutely breathtaking. I loved having coffee and watching the sun come up! The cabin was very roomy and had plenty of space for everyone. This is our second time coming and I’m sure we will be back.

This cabin was just absolutely beautiful and we were lucky enough to rent on a spring weekend with a surprise snow storm! The place was clean, spacious and has breathtaking views! The little welcome basket was a very nice touch. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for all the good meals we had planned. Fairplay is super close and Breck was close enough that we went for lunch. Russ checked in to make sure everything was OK and we had what we needed. Check out instructions were very reasonable!

This cabin lives up to its name! The mountain views are just incredible. The cabin itself was cozy -- just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway with friends. The carpeted downstairs with the pool table was especially comfy and made for a great hangout space during the day.

Eagle Vista is an absolute gem. The pictures provided with the listing do their best to try and capture the grandeur of the setting, but it's even better than advertised. John is a great host and makes sure that you'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds are comfortable, showers are hot, and the woodstove keeps the place nice and cozy. We'll certainly be back if we're in the area again.

Beautiful home! Words cannot describe the peace my family felt here! The view was beautiful! Will definitely return when visiting Colorado!

Great stay with friends, fun local spots to eat, and we enjoyed cooking a few meals at the cabin. The amenities were all thought of from porch light ambiance, kitchen utensils, comfy beds, games, movies, and fireplace. Really cute little place with plenty of beds. We enjoyed the big table to do Bible devotional in the morning and meals together. Thanks!!

My family and I had a great time staying at Clarissa's place! It's located just a short drive outside the town of Salida, and is both peaceful and private. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, there were tons of games for the kids, and the cabin was very clean. We spent our weekend going on hikes, fishing the Arkansas river, and enjoying what nature had to offer. 5 out of 5 stars for sure. We'll be back! PS: She has an excellent vinyl collection that I strongly recommend checking out.

My family stayed at the cabin for Christmas and loved our time there. Getting there was easy because of the clear directions provided. We maxed out the capacity between adults, a 1 year old and 2 dogs but the lofted master and open 3rd floor loft weren’t an issue since we were all awake at the same time. The main floor was perfect - we cooked all our meals there, ate together at the dining table and all hung out comfortably in the living room, they even had a tree & garland up for the holidays which was nice. A few things to note if planning to cook, the dishwasher is in rough shape and doesn’t clean all the way so we had to hand wash dishes when we arrived as well as throughout the stay. The freezer doesn’t quite stay cold so we had ice cream & ice cubes that melted. Overall it was a beautiful area and communication with Barb & David was great, they were so responsive before, during & after. We’re so happy we chose to stay here & made such fun memories as a family.

Very nice home nestled in the tree line at base of Mt. Yale. Very quite and peaceful area and close to Buena Vista and local attractions. Host provides a thorough welcome book provided prior to arrival that has all the information needed along with suggestions for local restaurants and other area offerings. Would recommend for those looking for quiet away from the crowds and in a beautiful setting.

This cabin is wonderful!!! It was cozy and clean. Everything you need is provided. I look forward to renting here again if we are in the area.

La Dolce Vita Ranch is a perfect getaway destination. It almost felt like the photos didn't give this place enough justice, because it was bigger and prettier in person. The ranch offers farm products such as meat, eggs, homemade Italian breakfast items -- don't miss your chance to try them. I went home with 2 dozens of eggs and frozen beef cuts, and I can't be any happier! There are very cute dogs that live (and work!) on the property - say hi to Aspen!

2nd visit here. Wonderful place to unplug! Beware: door handle will open from inside while it is locked - I did manage to lock myself out! Thank God I had my truck keys in my hand or I would’ve been sunk. Once I got down to Pitkin, Tony was quick to help me out with a spare key at 10:00pm in the middle of nowhere! I slept really great that night knowing I could’ve been sleeping in my truck! I would recommend Tony hiding a key somewhere or switching to a keypad lock (or even a lock that won’t let you open the door from the inside while it’s locked). Great stay in spite of a nerve-wrecking drive down to Pitkin one evening hoping I could reach Tony. Thankfully it all worked out. Also - FYI - the drive from the Pitkin side is not as rocky as the drive from Tincup. Definitely recommend going up from Pitkin if you can.

This was a great place to recharge - it's very remote and quiet and it's surrounded by wildlife and beautiful mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed the home. It was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the shape of the house, very unique. The location was perfect for traveling to Vail and Leadville.

Our stay was amazing to say the least! The cabin was so cozy and welcoming that my entire family of 6 found wanting to spend more time, unfortunately we had to come back to reality. The space was incredibly spacious, and it was such a great value for the price. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a fantastic touch, making it feel both private and luxurious for everyone. There was always something to do here, whether it was relaxing in the common areas or exploring nearby spots. FairPlay is a smaller town with not limited activities, but we went to Breckenridge almost every day only 30-45 min up the mountain. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! Host allowed us to check in earlier than normal that was very awesome!
