We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle, Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport. Exterior security cameras present.

This attached guest suite is family friendly with a private entrance and sits on the bottom floor of our 3-story home (we live above).
