We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Great place to stay in the area while on your trip to the southwest or Mesa Verde National Park. We are close to the airport and hospital in the southern agricultural area of town. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town.
