Дом декорирован в традиционном Грузинском стиле, что создаёт прекрасную и уютную атмосферу. Добрые и отзывчивые хозяева все рассказали показали и были всегда на связи. Рекомендую!

We were looking for a getaway with our family far from the busy capital, so we booked sofia's place, located in saguramo under an hour from tbilisi center, the house is perfect, better than the pictures a real retreat, to relax and unwind completely while being enveloped by nature. Sofia and Oleg are amazing hosts they go the extra mile to welcome you, help you and make you feel like you are home. Thank you very much guys for everything we wish you all the best.

I had a fantastic experience staying in this property with my whole family around 21 people for 20 days. Really nice , clean and functional flats , great garden with nice plants decorated, fantastic Bar room and super friendly and helper Hosts. Each flat has its own kitchen and bath and if you have a big family like me everybody can enjoy their privacy too. And if you are a small family you can enjoy the beautiful and well decorated garden and have your breakfast ,lunch or dinner under the great Georgian sunshine or night sky. The Bar area was so big and nice that all of my family (21people) could easily sit together and enjoy their time. Don’t worry about shopping , there is a nice and big shop just round the corner so you can buy whatever you need when you have your slippers on and there is a confectionary and fruit shop too. I definitely recommend this hotel and you won’t be disappointed.

A special and HUGE house with lots of personality and a good kitchen. Was a bit cold at night (in August) but we wore lots of layers and were warm.

Мы арендовали этот отель целиком, на компанию из 9 человек, для встречи Нового года. Нам очень понравился сам дом: на втором этаже 4 комнаты, в каждой по 3 кровати и своя душевая. На первом этаже дополнительная спальня с двуспальной кроватью. Видно, что хозяева привели свой отель в соответствие со стандартами и подумали обо всех деталях. В каждой комнате были чистые полотенца, новое постельное белье, халаты и тапочки. Из каждой комнаты 2го этажа - выход на балкон с великолепным видом на горы. Для каждой двери были встроенные москитные сетки. Просыпаться и видеть горы было незабываемо! Большая гостиная с удобным диваном и обеденными столами, и так же с видом на Казбек. Мы готовили еду на кухне, оборудованной всем необходимым, и так же использовали мангал для барбекю. Хозяйка помогла нам найти магазины и дала дополнительную кухонную технику. Все было очень дружелюбно) Рекомендуем это место для дружеских встреч. Идеально для 10-12 человек

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—a great spot to relax after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being close enough to everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay special. Communication with the host was smooth and very helpful. This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! We rented a cottage for two days. There were 4 families with children. In reality, the cottage looks better than in the photos. I liked everything: the territory of the yard and the bathhouse and inside the house. Bed linen and towels were clean and for each person. In the kitchen, you could cook for yourself. All equipment was in good working order.

Очень уютный и обжитой дом! 6 спален, камин, большая ухоженная территория. Приезжали с собаками, собакам было, где побегать :) Есть мангал, духовка и хорошая плита, так что мы много готовили. Много посуды, включая форму для выпекания, например. Всё очень чисто, вокруг тишина, классные виды на горы.

Roomy house for 2 families. Not much immediately nearby, but great access to highways for trips into Tbilisi or to other parts of Georgia. Good points: Illiya was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. There is a refreshing swimming pool and a full-size snooker table. The house has plenty of extra space to lounge on couches or the balcony. Fresh apples and peaches from the trees. There are even 2 tortoises that live in the yard. Great views on the surrounding valleys. Negative points: The highway connections are confusing and not convenient for all destinations (but that seems to be a characteristics of all Georgian roads; not just this location). U-turns and strange detours are needed even for nearby destinations. We visited in mid-summer and it was cool enough that no A/C was needed, but there is noise from the highways when the windows are open.

Спасибо Инге за радушный приём. Прекрасный, чистый дом со всеми удобствами. Уютно, красиво, просторно. Всё работает и устроено для комфорта. Для нас всегда очень важна чистота, а тут с этим всё было на высшем уровне. Расположение очень удобное, рядом магазины, а также отличное место для прогулок - свежий воздух и невероятные виды. Крайне рекомендуем к посещению и отдыху здесь. С хозяйкой Ингой приятно иметь дело, очень вежливая и отзывчивая. Когда приехали, нас ждал замечательный стол с заксусками - шикарная сырная тарелка, виноград, орехи и бутылка очень вкусного вина! На территории дома живет сторож-садовник Годердзи. Приятный дедушка, поздравил нас с Пасхой, присматривает за участком, всё остальное время вообще не было видно, что он дома) Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

Great host, very friendly and very responsive. The house was beautiful, lots of space, comfortable beds, everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The villa is beyond beautiful. Nice scenery with a mountain view. The villa is very clean and well equipped. Its spacious! More than what pictures depicts. Most importantly, Zurab is a great host. Always responded and offered help. I loved the place and would definitely visit it again.
