The service was great and they responded very quickly. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. The wifi was working well.

Enchanting is an understatement for the 16 beautiful cats, coupled with owners who are not only approachable but incredibly understanding. The room's pristine cleanliness and the well-maintained washroom added to the charm. Affordable bike rentals were an extra perk, and the in-room washer proved to be a cool touch. Highly recommend this place; our stay was nothing short of fantastic!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Trotz des ganzen Trubels hat man Ruhe dort. Man muss ca. 10 min Zufluss laufen um ins Geschehen zu kommen z.B Bangla Road etc. aber man hat alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Zum Strand sind es nur paar min. Aber man hat das Meer trotzdem direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr schön! Einzige negative, wir dachten wir hätten ein Balkon da es so auf den Bildern aussah jedoch war es doch keiner nur ein Gerüst von draußen. Und leider hatte der Pool wegen arbeiten 2 Tage geschlossen. Ansonsten alles top! Zimmer war immer sauerer und das Personal war super nett! Nur zu empfehlen!

This is a very lovely apartment. Me and my cat were happy to stay there. Hosts would help you with anything you need. The place is quiet and you can eat a lot of Thai and western food around. It is 5-10 minutes walk to the sea. Definitely recommend.

Great cat theme hotel! Helpful owner, there was always time to play with cats. If you love cats, you should stay there.

We’ve been travelling in Thailand for 2 months and Penjamas was truly the kindest and most accommodating host we’ve met! While her apartment is located in the heart of old town near a lot of great restaurants, coffee shops and bars, it’s tucked away enough to feel calm and quiet, which was perfect after a day of exploring. The room was spotlessly clean, has excellent amenities, strong and quiet AC, brand new furnishings and the comfiest bed and pillows ever (which you can push together if needed). The daily water refill was super handy, and the complimentary drinks were amazing (genuinely the best coffee in old town, and we tried a few places)! The building had a great common space and beautiful garden to chill in, which was also quite helpful for getting some work done. Thank you so much for everything Penjamas - if we’re ever back in Phuket, we’ll definitely return :)

First time in Phuket and it couldn’t have been better. The place was warm, welcoming, and exactly what we needed. Check-in was super easy, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is amazing — close to Phuket Old Town, with lots of different streets to explore and tons of food options nearby. There’s even a 7-Eleven just around the corner for anything you might need. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back!

Penjamas was really nice and welcoming. It definitely worth staying in this hotel. The location is very peaceful and quiet, offering different restaurants of a number of cuisines, street markets. It was really convenient to get here by walking around the neighbourhood. A hotel is spacious, clean and a lot of stuff provided. Very yummy complimentary drinks were available every morning. The best way to start your day! Air conditioning and beds in the rooms are good. Definitely will come back here. Strongly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much and extended few more days. Clean spacious interconnecting rooms with kettles, tvs, Fridge, good working airconditioning. The unit does not come with a kitchenette, but restuarant staff always willing to warm our food.

The room is clean and tide. The location is perfect and safe, I did everything walking nearby Kata Beach, even late night. The only void is that there is no lift and I was at the 4th level. However, considering pros and cons, it was a great deal!

A good place located close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and food markets. Also conveniently placed for pickup for many of the day trips from Phuket to the other islands.

Für mich war die Unterkunft gut gelegen, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal ist super freundlich und die Unterkunft war sauber, was für mich das wichtigste ist .
