This three bedroom bungalow is a hidden gem behind a fountain with a 180 degree sea view that has been refurbished completely and designed tastefully. Listen to the waves breaking on the rocks while soaking in the hot tub. The open plan living area flows effortlessly towards a covered deck area with spectacular views. Situated a short walk from the famous St James tidal pool with its brightly colored dressing cabins, and minutes from Muizenberg surfing beach. Barefoot luxury never got better!

The sea views from our airbnb suite (2 bedrooms and a lounge) are fabulous. Behind us is the mountain reserve and in front lies the wide expanse of False Bay. Down below on the rocks is a natural tidal pool, safe for swimming. We are close to Kalk Bay fishing harbour, the quaint Kalk Bay village, several other tidal pools (perfect for cold swimmers!) and Fishhoek & Muizenberg beaches. We have newly renovated and enlarged our Airbnb space which is now separate from our living space and private.

Walk from the house up the mountain or to Kalk Bay harbour, shops & restaurants - or stay at home and enjoy the pool, hot tub & fireplaces. It is private and secluded, ideal for those seeking a getaway.

Please DM for available dates! Enjoy stunning sea views, peaceful nature and a refined yet homely interior. Watch glowing sunsets or whales and dolphins and the romantic mist over the cliffs with the sound of waves as your constant backdrop. Relax by the fireplace in the spacious double‑storey lounge, cook in a fully equipped open‑plan kitchen and work with fast fibre and a “ready‑to‑plug‑in” office. A peaceful setting, this stunning place with uninterrupted water and mountain views on the Zandvlei Nature Reserve comes with wonderful birdlife, including iconic crested Grebes, and the magnificent African Fish Eagles! And occasional otters visiting us. Adjacent to the room is our exclusive use water's edge braai (barbecue) room, inspired by our safari adventures in Africa. This area is great for sundowners, bird watching and has unspoilt views of the mountains across the lake.

My comfortable, tastefully-decorated & well-equipped apartment is located in a beach-front building at Muizenberg's famous Surfer's Corner. (Please note: the apartment does not have a sea view). The building has excellent security; including finger-print access control and 24-hour concierges at the front entrance. There is a free private parking bay in the basement. The WiFi router has a dedicated UPS - so the WiFi works even when the electricity is off.

The Studio at the Stone House is a self-catering cottage, just 200m from the beach. It's tucked away behind one of Muizenberg's oldest houses (dating 1901) on a quiet road in the village. The studio is light and modern, especially equipped for your comfort and convenience. It's best feature is probably the large wind-free private patio for outdoor lounging and alfresco dining. AND we're solar-powered, so you have uninterrupted access to wifi!
