There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

Fantastic location beach front property, breath taking views near all amenities shops and restaurants, amazing facilities this property has everything you need for any length of holiday allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled as we had an early fight. Ana who met us at the apartment was very welcoming and informative alround five star service everyone in the party were amazed with everything thank you so much for making everything easy and running so smoothly. loved it so much ❤️

El apartamento está genial, no le falta detalle. La entrada con código es muy cómoda. La zona es tranquila pero cerca de la playa y del supermercado. Hemos estado muy a gusto y Pilar ha respondido a nuestras cuestiones rápidamente. Por último decir que fue muy atenta, ya que a la llegada teníamos agua fresca en el frigo y el piso fresquito con el aire puesto! un gustazo al llegar del viaje y haciendo calor.Para repetir!

We had a wonderful stay at Juana’s apartment. The view was UNBELIEVABLE, the pictures do not do it justice. The flat was perfectly clean and cosy, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Could not recommend it more. Thank you !

It is worth to say that the view is nothing less than stunning!! The apartment met our expectations. Location is great with all amenities at walking distance. We had a great time and will comeback! Pepe y Vero are lovely couple, very helpful and proactive. They wanted to make sure we experienced the best Alicante has to offer. Thank you and see you next time!

Stunning appartment. The location was perfect in between the center and the beach. Lot of café and restaurants. The flat is spacious ideal for a family gateway. Ivan was an amazing host. We recommand 100% and we will come again!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel ( groupe de 7 filles ) , et nous tenions à remercier chaleureusement Ruben pour son accueil incroyable. C’est la première fois, après de nombreux voyages, que nous rencontrons un hôte autant à l’écoute, toujours prêt à nous aider et à prendre soin de nous dans toutes les situations. Rien à redire : que du positif ! Nous recommandons ++++++++++++ sans hésiter ! Encore un immense merci à Ruben pour tout ce qu’il a fait pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable !

We verbleven met twee volwassenen en drie kinderen in het appartement. Het uitzicht op zee vanaf het terras is super! Het is heerlijk om elke dag met zo'n uitzicht wakker te worden. Het terras heeft een heerlijke eettafel en voldoende schaduw en privacy. De keuken is uitstekend uitgerust, we hebben zelfs een taart gebakken. De supermarkt is vlakbij, net als het zwembad en het strand. het appartement is bovendien heel goed bereikbaar met de auto, en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. In mei was het er niet druk, weinig lawaai. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad!

Hemos estado como en casa en el apartamento de Tomas! La urbanización es una maravilla y la ubicación es genial para bajar andando a la playa, nosotros hemos agradecido mucho no contar con el coche a diario. El patio tiene un tamaño perfecto y por la orientación no es demasiado soleado y corre un airecito muy bueno. Sabes que el sitio es el correcto cuando echas poco de menos algo de tu casa! Nosotros hemos estado fenomenal y seguro que repetimos. Tomas ha estado pendiente de nosotros tratando de poner facilidades. Fue flexible tanto con la entrada como con la salida. Los dias que hemos pasado alli han sido maravillosos! Gracias por todo!

Alojamiento de 10 con todas las comodidades de una casa. Nos dejaron agua y café, además de champús y jabón para la ducha. Los alrededores de la urbanización eran preciosos y había una cafetería para desayunar. Playa a 5min caminando. Además, Sara estuvo pendiente de nosotros por whats App durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Una casa maravillosa en la que mis hijas han disfrutado muchísimo. Repetiremos sin duda! Muchas gracias a Pedro por su atención y disposición, no nos faltó de nada.

La Pagoda fue el lugar perfecto para nuestra semana en Alicante! Encontramos todo lo que necesitábamos aquí y tener la piscina y playa a 5 min a pie es una maravilla! Mayte nos dio recomendaciones locales y siempre respondió amablemente y muy rápido a cualquier pregunta

We loved staying at Javiers apartment, it had everything we needed and more - really well equipped, comfortable, clean, great location and the view was incredible - roof terrace and balcony, honestly it was just great- a short walk to the beach and a lively little beach bar, local restaurants, and we walked into the harbour area about 30 minutes walk for shopping and lots of other places to eat and drink. Thank you Javier for everything, we had such a great holiday, came home feeling so relaxed - hope to come back some time 😁

La casa es impresionante! Espaciosa, y ya solo por la terraza y sus vistas merece la pena ir! Y hace mucho que dentro haya aire acondicionado. Estaba todo nuevo y limpio. La única pega es que la plaza de parking es un poco pequeña para aparcar bien

The accommodation was as described. It is within easy walking distance of the beach. There are small supermarkets nearby & Aldi is a 35 minute walk away. There are restaurants within walking distance. It was great to have the swimming pools which are open all year. Check in & check out we're easy. The host is available, should you need any help or information.

Unser Aufenthalt in Marianos Appartement war perfekt! Die Lage ist der Hammer, direkt am Meer und nah zum kleinen Zentrum von La Mata. Außerdem ist der Wochenmarkt mittwochs direkt vor der Tür. Vom Balkon aus schaut man aufs Meer, die Wohnung hat aber auch noch eine große Dachterrasse. Hier gibt es Liegen, einen kleinen Whirlpool, Sonnenschirme, eine Dusche, einen Grill, einfach alles was man sich wünscht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Außerdem ist sie super ausgestattet (Küche, Handtücher, Strandmaterialien etc.). Mariano ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich sofort darum, wenn man eine Frage oder ein Anliegen hat. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir spontan um eine Woche verlängert haben. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen und ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Una experiencia genial y la ubicación excepcional. Tanto las anfitrionas como Lorena, el apoyo, perfecto y siempre pendientes. Sin duda, repetiremos (si Marga nos deja jejejje). La casa no le falta detalle y es como si estuvieras en la tuya. PD: hacia siglos que no jugaba al parchís con mi mujer☺️☺️☺️

Maria is a fantastic host, she goes beyond what should be expected by a host, we had some logistic difficulties during our trip and we could earliest check in af midnight, which was no problem for Maria, she met us personally at her place with key delivered. At check out we forgot an import painting at her place, we didn't expect to see it again, but once again Maria came to the rescue and within 2 hours she would be back at her house and lock us in to get our lost painting 😃 my girlfriend was very happy about that. so if you look for something near Alicante with a short drive distance and beach view, maria got the place for you!

A perfect place to stay with family or friends. Every room has fans installed which is crucial when it's too hot. The room with 4 beds is apart from the rest of the house (a patio is in the middle) and is a great way to divide groups and have more privacy. Caroline was an amazing host, super nice and easy to reach. The house has all the little details that make it super confortable. We would repeat for sure

We loved staying at Paco's place. The view every morning looking out of the many windows where you can see the beach is amazing. We stayed for 3 months during winter. As the rooms are facing south-east, it was nearly every day warm enough to let the heating off. The few days we needed the heating, it was super effective. All communication was like it should be. Small problems were getting fixed as fast as possible and intermediate solutions provided in the meantime (for example the heating in the living room broke and the spare parts took a week to arrive; Paco organized a radiator to keep us warm). The water pressure in the showers is low, but we got used to it. We didn't use the underground garage because the driveway is too steep for our car, our driving abilities and our willingness for taking risks ;) We always found a spot on the streets nearby. These were the only drawbacks we had, everything else was perfect and we can imagine coming back! Thank you, Paco!

We loved to stay at Juan’s apartment. It is very spacious, has all you need in terms of amenities, and was very clean. The surroundings are very calm and beautiful. Juan is very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend for families with kids.

Fantastic location in a beautiful setting, the house is homely and comfortable with some lovely pieces of art on display, the location is fantastic with great restaurants within the local area, the beaches are within easy reach. A really enjoyable place to stay with lots to do and located that allows visiting some of the areas fabulous locations, the cities of Cartagena and Murcia are a must to visit.

Estupendo adosado al que no le falta nada, en un entorno precioso y tranquilo, a un paso de la playa. Perfecto para unos días de descanso y desconexión. El anfitrión es súper atento y amable, nos esperaba para la entrega de las llaves y explicarnos el funcionamiento de todo, pendiente que estuviéramos bien en todo momento. Hemos estado como en casa, esperamos volver… Gracias por todo.
