The property is situated in Musgrave, on a property at the end of a cul-de-sac, 2.3 km from the popular Florida Road. Musgrave Centre is less than a km away. Greyville horse racing course, host of the annual Durban July, is 1.7 km away. St Augustine’s, Entabeni and Parklands hospitals are all less than 2 km away. It is ideal for a business person, but a couple can be comfortably accommodated. A mattress is available for a child if indicated in the booking form.

It has all the conveniences one needs when away from home. Smart TV, WiFi, aircon, fan. Please note the price is for one lady only. An additional fee will be charged for 2 ladies. No male guests for sleepovers.
