Our home is right next to Music Row—one block from Demonbreun Hill and just 2 blocks from MidTown. Smack in the middle of Nashville's happening nightlife area. Close by are the Gulch, Vanderbilt and Belmont universities, The Ryman Auditorium, and Bridgestone Arena... not to mention Honk Tonk Row on Lower Broadway are just 1.3 miles away! I always use Uber or Lyft if I’m not walking.. parking can be expensive and inconvenient You’re welcome to take advantage of the free street parking.

Transom ceilings, original hardwood floors, super quiet inside.. front porch sitting...Walkable to 12 South. public Street parking and sweet neighbors. You will feel right at home while being less than 2 miles from lower broadway and the gulch. Belmont and Vandy are super close.
