The house was easy to access, surprisingly spacious and very tidy with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The location was central to so many areas and attractions. The place was perfect for our girls weekend and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We had no issues and a very pleasant trip thanks to Jennifer.

My friends and I had a wonderful Labor Day weekend at Tracy's place. It was so peaceful and private. Amazing view of the river and stars at night. The home was equally as beautiful and had everything we needed. A lot of good beaches and places to explore near by.

We had a great stay with our two dogs. The house was in pristine condition with a nice fenced in yard and a space to sit outside. In very close proximity to beaches including a dog friendly beach as well as several local dog friendly restaurants. The house is in a quiet residential area but is a five minute drive from anywhere you want to go.

Our stay was pleasant! The location was was convenient and the home was beautiful! Lots of natural light in addition to the lighting in the home.

The home had everything needed to cook for a family! It was very cozy and warm inviting. It was within a short drive of the beach and it was great having beach, chairs and towels that we could use. I would definitely recommend it for small or large groups. it was great having enough linens for the family use!

I really enjoyed the size and coziness of the cottage. It’s the perfect mix of updated, arty, and cozy. Loved that we could bring our dog. Wonderful to walk to both Lake Michigan and Muskegon Lake! Would be great for two couples as the two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the cottage (be aware of that if you have a young child and wanted to be in adjacent rooms). Hosts are kind and responsive.

This was perfect. It was right across from a prestine pool (5 star review on the pool) and close to the play ground where we found mulberry trees 😋. The camp ground is located right off the river, there is kayaking/tubing/canoeing rentals available. The RV is air conditioned with running water, and plently of beds. I would come here again and again.

very cozy and clean. bathrooms and showers definitely not equipt with heat. but other than that was very nice place.

We loved staying here was so peaceful and quiet in the campground. We really enjoyed going down the river. Only thing I didn’t like was guest had to pay to come visit. I understand if they are using the amenities but just to have it friends and family come visit was a charge! We definitely will be coming back again soon though!!

What a beautiful place to stay! We felt so comfortable as the house was incredibly clean, and had all the amenities anyone could possibly need. The view of the woods is peaceful and yet you are close to downtown Newaygo. The game room was amazing, kept the kids entertained all weekend. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable cabin in private campground. Cabin is pretty bare bones, but was exactly what we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer but will be back with the kids again to enjoy the park 😊

Kathy did an amazing job renovating this property, and we really appreciated all of her personal and special touches, such as the handmade pottery dishes in the kitchen and decorative touches around the house. We are a very crafty family and really appreciated her artistry. It was a very comfortable stay all around, the beds were super comfortable, towels fluffy, and every kitchen amenity we could possibly need was provided. The view from the house is amazing, and it’s a great location on the lake, just a short drive from Montague. We had only wished there was a fire pit next to the house, and not just down at the lake as there were several people in our party who are not able to travel up and down the stairs due to knee issues. Also, if you are a light sleeper I would recommend the upstairs bedrooms, you can hear every footstep upstairs from the basement bedrooms. All in all, Cathy is an excellent host, the house very comfortable and convenient, and we absolutely recommend.

We have stayed at the Lakeside Oasis multiple times now, and we LOVE it!! It feels like our “Michigan home away from home” that we have plenty of space in, can relax in, and can reconnect with family and friends… not to mention the Epic backyard for the pups to run around and play in 🥰♥️✨ Christine is an amazing host, too, and provides a ton of great recommendations. Fantastically accommodating host and Great place to stay, peak or off season!!

I lived in Michelle’s house for basically two years as a traveling nurse working in Muskegon and it was perfect! The place was close to the hospital, beach and the lake shore. Michelle was quick to answer any questions I had during my stay and address any issues. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get a new contract. Definitely would staying at for either vacation or work 🫶

This property was perfect for our trip! The location was right in the between downtown Muskegon and the beach which we loved. We also loved that we were able to bring our dog with us. The only thing I would point out is that for those with limited mobility, the stairs are quite steep in the house and the shower/ bath had quite a large step to get in and out. This was not an issue for our group but I feel it is important to point out for those considering booking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we are glad we chose this property for our trip.

cozy cabin on the Lakeshore! this was a perfect little spot to spend a few days while in the area. about a half hour from silver Lake, as well. loved the private beach access!

This was a beautiful place that had everything we needed. It was in a great and peaceful location for why we were renting and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pup. Barb was extremely sweet and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location for attending the Unity Fest. Nice parks and neighborhood to walk dog. It would have been nice to have a small convection/ microwave type oven in the kitchenette. They have them in campers so you can bake as well as warm up things. Neighborhood was quiet.

fantastic stay with the family. great location and wonderful host. very responsive and helpful making our stay a great success. would definitely come back on the next trip
