We really enjoyed this place! It is located very close to downtown making a lot of places walkable or just a short drive. Upon arrival it was clean and the instructions for check in and parking were easy to follow. The kitchen had a lot of amenities and included almost everything we needed. We also liked that the checkout process was simple! We would definitely stay here again.

Fred's place was absolutely fantastic. I had friends and family in from Florida and we had numerous activities to choose from. Restaurants are close by. I recommend The Paisley Pig Gastropub. Also, each night there was a fountain/light show within walking distance. Also, the sunset at the beach was beautiful. This was all on top of the beautiful place we stayed in. Finally, thank you very much Fred for helping out after we had checked out. You made it very easy for our party to come back and retrieve items that were very special.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location. Bruce was responsive and easy to work with.

This is a beautiful home in the country, but it is only about 20 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids. The hosts are very responsive and give clear instructions. The room is like a small apartment with a little kitchenette. It is clean and very well priced. I loved the porch swing! I hope to be back again!

This was a great location for anything happening downtown. instructions were clear and Tom was responsive to questions. The space had everything I needed and was clean.

The condo was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The keypad for entry worked well. We enjoyed the view of the water and boats and it was nice to walk along the river and in the town. Access to Grand Haven was easy as well.

A great affordable last-minute stay for a business trip! Very convenient access to the surrounding areas as well.

Loved the location! Minutes from EVERYWHERE. Enjoyed a glass of wine and reading on the front balcony while watching the neighbors walk their dogs. The coffee shop and bakery is just two blocks away and both delicious. Love the historical neighborhood. Close enough to downtown but prefer being more like a local.

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Haven and the condo was in a great location, walking distance to everything. The condo was as described and Steve gave very detailed instructions on how to access the building/condo. It was nice to have our vehicle parked inside the parking garage and not have to try to find a spot in the lot. The balcony gave a perfect view of the musical fountains, along with good people watching. We will definitely consider renting this unit again in the future.

My husband and I stayed three nights for his birthday. The place was easy to find and getting in the place was easy. Very clean and bright. The shower/tub combo in the master bath is so unique. We enjoyed the hot tub which was very easy to operate. This location is within walking distance of the downtown area. On Saturday, we walked to the Farmer's Market. Stopped in a brewery on the way back and chatted with some friendly locals. One of the days, we drove to PJ Hoffmaster and walked up the stairs to the lookouts. When we got back down, we walked through the park. Very beautiful. This place had everything! We will be back!

Super cute little place to stay with a short walk to the beach. Condo had everything you needed. I would book again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Boilermaker. Very comfortable and quiet with plenty of space for everyone. Nicole was very communicative and friendly! We also thought the decor and layout was awesome. Would totally stay again and would highly recommend!

cozy cabin on the Lakeshore! this was a perfect little spot to spend a few days while in the area. about a half hour from silver Lake, as well. loved the private beach access!

Very nice house in the Heritage Hill area of Grand Rapids. Stayed while in town for my daughter's graduation from GVSU. Alex provided great communication throughout the whole process. The house was perfect. The beds are super comfy (we are older, LOL) and they were very appreciated. There are plenty of linens, extra blankets, enough kitchen supplies (paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and utensils. The house is just very welcoming and comfortable, yet nicely stylish in design.

Luke's home in GR is a great find. it has recently been rehabbed in a retro building and is a close walk to great restaurants and event spaces.

This was a great place for us. We were in West MI visiting family for the week and it worked perfectly for all that we wanted to do. Easy access to north and south highways, great downtown and restaurants and clean and comfortable accomodations! Stress free! Thank you!!

We stayed over a week and it was very nice and peaceful. The condo was very clean and extremely cozy, felt like a home. The view off the balcony is great and Brad is an excellent host, always quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend it!

It was magical fun for the “Christmas Princess Retreat” we created for our three young granddaughters. The unit was very spacious for them (& 4 adults) to move about, play and do many Princess activities! We did some baking and enjoyed many home cooked meals together quite comfortably. The 8th floor was fun to explore with the game rooms, library and vending machines. This was so much better than staying in a hotel! The unit was clean and spacious. I worried about finding the parking spots and our unit after reading one review, but all the needed info was provided one hour before check-in with a description and pictures. Well done! A cart was provided at our request for hauling two vehicles full of stuff up to the 11th floor. Every one of our questions received a quick response. The code to open our unit door didn’t work at first, but via an immediate text, we received a new code that did! We had a lovely stay, one our granddaughters will talk about for years to come. We do recommend!

We attended a concert at GLC Live and chose this condo as a place to go afterwards in lieu of a hotel. I'm so glad we found it. It's in the middle of downtown and so close to some really amazing restaurants. The duel headed shower was nice and the bed was REALLY comfortable. Top Notch Decor, loved the dart board, and the roof top hot tub. Thanks again for opening up your home to us!

Nice spot to stay at. Wish the bed and pillows were comfier but I could have brought my own pillow.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

While all of us are local to the Grand Rapids area, our stay at the Castle was a 2024 Christmas present to spend time together with family. We booked two 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units which were across the hall from each other. We were on the 11th floor of one of the towers and had a beautiful view to the west for sunsets and east for sunrises. Both units were well furnished, clean, with everything and more than we needed. The arcade room and library with a large table are great for hanging out and playing games. Communication about check in, amenities, building/room codes, parking, check out, etc was very clear and prompt. We asked for an hour late check out due to the time change and that was accommodated - thank you!! The Castle is very close to downtown Grand Rapids for all that our great city has to offer. Shoutout to Florentines for our great pizza dinner on Friday night.
