La maison de Maria est confortable, idéalement située. Les deux terrasses sont magnifiques. Tout les commerces et la plage sont à 5mn à pied. Maria s'est montrée très accueillante, réactive et conciliante. Nous avons déjà envie de revenir....

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Vor allem in der Vorsaison ruhig. Grosser Aussenplatz für die eigene Nutzung und Kaffeetrinken direkt am Meer😊. Der Innenbereich grosszügig, so dass man sich auch bei kühleren Temperaturen drinnen wohl fühlen kann. Kommunikation super, schnell und sehr freundlich. Danke Nikos! Auch für das Willkommens - Geschenk (Früchte, Wasser und Olivenöl)

Een zeldzame plek! Dit authentieke stenen huis aan het strand van Ravdoucha is een klein paradijsje. De unieke ligging - direct aan een rustig zandstrand - zorgt voor complete ontspanning met alleen het geluid van de golven op de achtergrond. Het interieur is vol charmante details die het karakter versterken. De terrassen rondom bieden altijd een perfect plekje, of je nu van ochtendzon of zonsondergang wilt genieten. Hoewel je even moet rijden (25 min naar Kissamos), is die moeite het waard. Het voelt als een privéstrand zonder volledig afgezonderd te zijn. De twee nabijgelegen tavernes serveren uitstekend eten voor als je niet wilt koken. Ons gezin heeft hier een onvergetelijke tijd gehad. De kinderen speelden vrij op het strand met een eend en in de tuin terwijl wij genoten van rust en uitzicht. Perfect om samen te zijn, weg van de dagelijkse drukte. We hopen terug te komen.

Une charmante petite maison avec vue sur la mer ! Un petit endroit tranquille pour visiter le nord ouest de l’île. Nous avons bénéficié d’excellents conseils de visites et de restaurants. La maison est à quelques minutes en voiture d’un grand supermarché. Nous recommandons fortement !

Holiday home from home. everything good. Vassilis very helpful with lots of good extras in room. Studio clean, bright airy, good WiFi with large kitchen area, Expresso coffee machine. Bathroom a tad small, but works. Sleep quiet with shutters closed, Beach 5 minutes walk. Bus stop to Heraklion and airport 3 minutes. Private parking space. Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig schön gelegen und liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ruhe und die Schönheit der Landschaft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Jeronimo ist sehr freundlich und offen und er hat tolle Einrichtungsideen. Seine kleine Hündin hat mir wertvolle Gesellschaft geleistet. Ich bin so froh, dass ich dieses Paradies erleben durfte!

1er séjour en Crète, le choix a été de se positionner à l’ouest pour visiter en 1 semaine que l’ouest. Kalives est donc bien localisé (25 mn de l’aéroport). La maison est aussi bien située : à la fois au calme et proche de nombreux restaurants sur la plage et à proximité à pied d’un supermarché. La maison est très spacieuse avec ses 3 belles chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain (4 toilettes) . Elle est également jolie, très propre et très bien équipée. À notre arrivée à 20h30 c’est très appréciable d’avoir le nécessaire dans le frigo pour 24h et les produits ménagers. Nous y étions mi-avril (we pascal) avec deux ados (de 14 et 17 ans) qui ont également très appréciés l’endroit. Le seul petit regret c’est de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine car les températures étaient trop fraîches (Baignade en mer plus facile). Nous avons pu quand même manger dehors, sauf 2-3 soirs. Anthonis (propriétaire) est très prévoyant et à l’écoute de ses hôtes. Bonne surprise : le ménage mi-parcours.

Perfekt for storfamilien vår. Vi hadde begge husene. Villaene så akkurat ut som på bildene. Nydelig, rolig og trygg plass for både store og små, rett ved stranden. Et par koselige tavernaer ligger i nærheten. Butikkene er litt lenger unna, så vi anbefaler å leie bil. Bassengområdene ble rengjort hver morgen, og vertene var svært imøtekommende dersom vi trengte noe. Emmanuel og Yannis var alltid tilgjengelige for spørsmål og svært hjelpsomme. Wir haben die Zeit in der Sea View White Villa sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ein Traum. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, direkt am Strand. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool kann auf Wunsch etwas geheizt werden, sodass man auch schon früh in der Saison vollen Badespaß hat. Der Whirlpool lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit zwei Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ideal für 3-4 Personen. Stravros war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab kleine Leckereien zur Begrüßung und wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Rundum ein toller Urlaub, Danke nochmals!

I loved my stay here, and only wish I had booked my stay for longer! The villa was truly high-end and every detail was thoughtful. They had everything you could possibly need and the host made sure you were comfortable and cared for. The outdoor balcony/pool was relaxing and special, with a beautiful view of the sea. It was also close to several delicious restaurants and within walking distance of downtown Rethymno. I want to come back and bring my friends for a longer stay! A special thank you to Marianna for making my check-in extra smooth!

Ein traumhafter Urlaub! Nassi und Dimitri haben uns herzlich empfangen und sogar in eine Taverne eingeladen – dort gab es das beste Moussaka, das wir je gegessen haben. Ein echter Glücksfall! Die beiden waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Wer Ruhe, Natur und Authentizität sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Keine Hotelburgen, keine Touristenmassen – stattdessen Idylle, Gastfreundschaft und ein respektvoller Umgang mit der Umgebung und den Kirchen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und eine unvergessliche Woche erlebt. Beim nächsten Mal kommen wir mit unseren beiden Töchtern zurück – und freuen uns auch auf die süße Katze, die wir „Muzzi“ getauft haben. Vielen Dank für alles – bis bald! Its a great place we were there with 5 People, everyone enjoyed it. The host even brought more barhrobes and blankets after we said we needed more. Only thing what I didnt liked was that there were a lot of Construction around in the village and nearby of the Vills whats kinda „shit“ is but the villa looks very good and well made. Only problem what we had was that we needed to turn on the warm water every time we needed kt because we had no sun. And also I think its normal in greek but I think there is very much chlorine in the tap water so that you can smell and taste it. So if you want to cook you need Water bottles from the Supermarket. But all in all.. the host did everything Perfect somethings arent in his controlls but there are fine Overand all i would rate it Five Stars out od Five * if you want to est good maybe search the „Alchemist“ at the beach its a good place for seafood and grilled meat and the desserts are of the charts!

We stayed at the end of October and could not have been happier with this villa. it was spotless, spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. The access to the water park for free was excellent for the kids and the last day of opening for the season was on the day we left. The facilities were excellent and the lovely pool and outdoor barbecue area were all great to use. Lots of local supermarkets and restaurants within a km and good access to the beach. It's a first floor property which might be an issue with the steps but we liked having views from every room to the sea and beach. We couldn't really ask for anything else in our stay and if we come back to Crete we would look to stay here again. It's a short drive from Chania. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, offering help with hire cars and local amenities, but they left us to it. We had a great holiday in Crete and a lot of this was down to this superb accommodation we were lucky to find available for our stay

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. Abbiamo passato 3 giorni fantastici nella casa di Manolis! L alloggio si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla dove potersi godere qualche momento di pace assoluta. La casa è piccolina ma ha tutto ciò di cui si possa avere bisogno, non manca nulla. Manolis è stato un ospite eccellente! Ci ha accolte con frutta fresca e dolci fatti in casa ed è sempre stato disponibile!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesen wunderschönen Villen war einfach traumhaft. Diese beiden Villen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht und noch vielem mehr. Der Ausbau ist einsame Spitze, hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Die Einrichtung höchst modern und ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack. Sauberkeit wird hier ganz gross geschrieben. Es war absolut einwandfrei. Wir wurden herzlichst vom Gastgeber empfangen. Unkompliziert und immer erreichbar für Restaurants oder Ausflugstipps. Auf dem Dach gibt es eine tolle Sauna, welche wir sehr gerne genutzt haben, da auch der Ausblick von oben ans Meer, atemberaubend ist. Das Meer ist in maximal 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Einige der schönsten Restaurants einpaar Autominuten entfernt. Alles in allem wurde hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut und eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen ob zu Zweit, mit Freunden oder Familie. Herzlichen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Perfect location very close to Chania. We had breakfast every morning by the sea and fell asleep with sound of waves every night. Perfect home and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, Amazing attention to details- this place has EVERYTHING you need. Highest quality of hosting. We will be back

Tämä kohde on todellinen aarre: terassi ja piha, avarat näkymät merelle ja erityisesti Nikoksen kädenjälki rinteen puutarhassa aina rantaan asti. Jos nautit omasta rauhasta ja luonnosta, tämä paikka on sinun. Kaikessa henkii kreeetalainen, paikallinen kulttuuri. Nikos ja hänen tyttärensä Eleni olivat hyvin avuliaita, jos heräsi jokin kysymys tai tarve. Läheistä kalaravintolaa pitää kalastajan perhe, nautimme kovasti hyvästä, tuoreesta kalaruoasta.

Tolles Apartment mit sehr schönem, privaten Garten, nur durch eine Straße vom Meer getrennt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, gab uns gute Tipps und stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir konnten Buddelzeug für die Kinder ausleihen, haben Holz für den Kamin bekommen und eine wunderbare Zeit dort verbracht. Der Garten bietet duftenden Jasmin, verschiedene Zitrus- und andere Bäume. Wir haben jeden Morgen draußen auf der großen Terrasse gefrühstückt, es hätte auch noch eine zweite mit Grill bekommen. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort, Klimaanlage (nicht benötigt) und Heizung (auch nicht gebraucht) sind vorhanden, auch teils Fliegengitter gegen die leider noch recht aktiven Stechmücken. Ein Auto ist schon sinnvoll (eigener Parkplatz vorhanden), eine Bushaltestelle wäre aber auch in der Nähe gewesen. Fußläufig Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte. Bis Chania-Zentrum 15 Min. mit dem Auto. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
