We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this beautiful house. The place was spotless and well maintained. Pauline was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. The location was perfect and peaceful . Overall I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a comfortable clean and cozy place.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

My family enjoyed our stay here. My kids enjoyed swimming. The place is peaceful and has a serene surrounding.

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

The house is lovely! The place had plenty of rooms and was squeaky clean. Kitchen was also fully equipped. The grounds were big and well-maintained. Hosts were very responsive. Our group had an amazing time bonding. We felt right at home!

The scenic view of Taal lake from the property was breathtaking. It’s in a fantastic, walkable area – we were able to explore local cafes and parks easily. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the space itself was cozy and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding stay at this condo! The unit was impeccably clean, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and I loved the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and toiletries. The view from the balcony was beautiful, offering a great glimpse of the city skyline. The location is unbeatable—just minutes away from the Mall of Asia, NBI, and the US Embassy, which made my trip so convenient. The building is secure and has excellent amenities, including a paid-pool access. The co-host, Ms. Nimpha was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Thanks a million Ms. Nimpha.
