The area is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful – exactly what we were hoping for. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay super comfortable. Our host went above and beyond to help make my proposal to my now-fiancée an unforgettable experience. The sunset spot is one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever seen in my life. We had such an amazing stay and we’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone we know. Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Michael's farm and will be back again in no time. It is a really special place to truly relax and reconnect. The attention to detail in the cottage goes a long way, like the book collections, design and singing bowls. Outdoor facilities are so nicely thought out too. Loved the hiking trail up to the farm peak.

We had a perfect, restful stay in this little gem. The cottage is carefully sited on a rocky hillside overlooking the surprisingly green valley below. Stephanie was the ideal host, and was available throughout. The best part of this place is the indoor/outdoor lifestyle, highlighted by a verandah that felt larger than the home itself. We highly recommend this tranquil getaway, and look forward to our next visit in the future!

Amazing breakaway from reality. Absolutely breathtaking views, hundreds of proteas, views of the mountains, great plant and bird life. Very private, quiet and off the grid house. Pearson (property manager) was very helpful and kind. Very organised check in etc. Farm is up Middleberg pass - dirt road is well maintained but does require a slow drive up - especially in rain and mist. Would recommend for a breakaway from city life.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway with friends in this lovely St Helena Bay home. The space is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The spacious kitchen and lounge with a huge fireplace were perfect for cozying up inside, while the big backyard—with a firepit and swing seat—was great for enjoying the outdoors with our dogs. We especially loved the indoor braai area with its large table, ideal for relaxed evenings with friends. The beds were super comfortable with soft linen, and the amazing selection of books was a real treat. Highly recommended!

My partner and I were looking for a peaceful cosy place to retreat for 6 days and this place was just perfect. We enjoyed having direct view of and access to the beach from the apartment. It was great watching the sea birds in the small bay. The coastal walk was interesting, and if you like nature this is the perfect spot.

Es is herrlich: morgens aufzustehen, ein Schritt und schon ist man auf der Terasse mit dem schönen Blick auf das Meer und dann noch einen Schritt weiter man ist schon am Strand: Anfang Februar fast alleine! Wenn nicht das Wasser so kalt wäre! Ein toller Platz runterzukommen und zu chillen! Aber ohne Auto keine Chance! Supermarkt, Cafes und Restaurants sind schon einige Kilometer entfernt. Aber das Restaurant DI SEE KAT in Paternoster ist ein MUSS!
