Just 2 blocks up the hill from the departure bay ferry terminal. 2 bedrooms upstairs 1 bedroom downstairs plus bunk beds in the family room. stylish well equipped kitchen with natural gas range. Large deck with partial ocean view, outdoor dining and top of the line BBQ. Comfy living room open to kitchen with Apple TV, Netflix, Disney, cable, paramount, Amazon prime video, Bose sound system. Large family room downstairs with comfy sectional, and all the same up upstairs plus video games

The space is a newly renovated, tastefully decorated, one bedroom basement area, in a 1927 character home. Complete with all modern appliances, as well as some antiques added to enhance its charm. The ceiling is 6 '4" ( 1.93M) so if you play basketball this may not be a good match for you. Very centrally located on a quiet street, 2 blocks from the seawall and marina, walking distance to DT shopping, restaurants, pubs, Art Gallery, Port Theater, etc. 1 block to bus stop, 2 min. drive to ferry.

A 15 -20 minute walk to Maffeo Sutton Park and the inner harbour. From there stroll downtown and visit the many bars, restaurants and shops. Visit ‘Tourism Nanaimo’ for festivals and events. The townhouse looks out into forest parkland and is an easy five minute stroll through the resort to Rathtrevor beach. The beautiful sand beach stretches out almost a kilometre at low tide offering safe sandy beaches and warm water swimming.

Eagle Point Retreat

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Located near the water in a quiet neighborhood with beach access nearby. A favoured area to walk and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the eagles soar. Close to shopping but quiet and secure. Free off street parking , No smoking , (Outside cigarette smoking area available) no parties please, and we ask that seafood isn't brought in due do a seafood allergy in the house.
