For June 28 through September 7, we will be renting from Saturday - Saturday with 1 week minimums. There are select dates that may require less a than a 7 night stay. Newly renovated and stylish designer cottage. This bright and airy space is the perfect escape for a couple or a group of 4. With a perfect central location, the cottage is located exactly 1.2 miles from historic main street, .3 miles from the grocery store, 1111 Yoga, Roastd Coffee Shop, and 2 miles from the Surfside Beach.

Enjoy The Beach Loft Apartment's convenient proximity to beaches, town and S’conset. Located 4 miles from the ctr. of the Historic District and 1 mile to Nobadeer beach our lofty spacious 900 sq. ft., 10 foot ceiling height apartment is the lower level (basement) of our home. Yet you will have complete privacy with separate parking as well as separate entrance and your own outdoor deck. The neighborhood is 3 acre zoning. It is secluded and quiet with many pine trees, oak and sassafras trees.

This charming Nantucket chic decorated cottage is your ideal vacation spot. Perfect for 2 and a max of 4 people. The cottage is less than a mile from Surfside Beach, voted the islands favorite, and across the street from a bike path offering biking to the beach or town a safe and easy option. The cottage boasts privacy with fully stocked kitchen, in and out door shower, radiant heat, AC unit in the bedroom, 2 flat screen TV's, top drawer linens, towels, beach chairs and an out door grill.

This 1829 cottage has been transformed into a tranquil retreat with a series of charming rooms and entertaining outdoor spaces. Entry to the living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, full bath with laundry, kitchen with fireplace and French doors leading out to a spacious deck. Master bedroom with cathedral ceiling has French doors that open onto a spacious deck which offers privacy for outdoor entertaining. Private bath. 2nd FL: Two bedrooms which share a full bath.

Just a short 10-minute stroll from downtown, our recently renovated house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms, each boasting a comfortable queen bed. On a quiet street one mile from town, this Cape Cod cottage provides 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, fireplace, cable TV, a patio with furniture, grill and enclosed outdoor shower. There are four tower fans. Please respect the 10am check out time and the 4pm check in time .
