Welcome to the most unique Airbnb in Nashville! The Urban Farmhouse was built in 1915 and is the architectural highlight of the hippest neighborhood, Inglewood/East Nashville. You will have full access to the entire first floor of this grand home which includes: bedroom/living room - a shared space, and a bedroom. A full bathroom and basic kitchen(no oven). The property is fenced so you will have privacy as you spend time in the front yard or on the front porch. Six steps to porch for entry.

Golf Course View Near Airport and Lake

Our space IS NOT a whole house. If you want a whole house, please keep looking! Now that we have that settled, we have dedicated the 2nd floor of our open floor plan home to you! We are 25 min to Broadway and 15 min to the airport. You enter our house via the front door, which is the only space we share with guests. We do not enter the upstairs during your stay. There are 3 spacious rooms and one full bath with double sinks. The sitting area is open to the downstairs, but separated by curtains.

Comfortable queen bed in quiet home. Large groups have the OPTION to add the second room (if available). Ask before booking if you need the extra room) for an extra $40 per night..This room is NOT included in the price of the Airbnb room. Coffee and muffins available inside room. You’ll love my place because of the park-like setting, convenient location, and a great neighborhood for walking/jogging. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
