We loved this place! Comfortable and cool and clean, it is the perfect size for two people with a nice king size bed! The neighborhood is beautiful and we loved being able to walk to dinner and bookstores and coffee. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

We stayed a few days and everything was fine. The hosts are really responsive and friendly. When we first walked in, the first thing I noticed was how fresh and clean the place looked and smelled. The bed was comfy and our daughter had zero complaints about the sofa bed. The location was very quiet and close by to all the places we wanted to visit. (All within 15-30 minutes away). We would definitely stay here again at our future stays in Nashville!

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 3 nights and we were so pleased! We are night shifters and hopped on a plane right after work so we were exhausted. Heather was very accommodating and was nice enough to let us check in early for a much needed nap (on that glorious mattress). The location is great; less than a 30 minute drive from both downtown nashville and franklin, and about a mile away from the famous loveless cafe. The cottage itself was charming and cozy and had all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommend taking a bath if you get a chance-the water gets so hot which is perfect! The room darkening shades were very effective and the heater/AC kick in real quick. We didn’t communicate with Heather much because everything was great and we didn’t run into any issues, but she was very responsive during the check in process and we knew she was a text away. We hope to come back to enjoy the beautiful property again!

Julian’s place was a perfect little place for me and my wife on our recent trip to Nashville. Had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a sweet backyard with deck where we hung out one sunny afternoon. Easy walking to record store, coffee shop, dinner, and new local honky tonk!

This place was EXACTLY in the area we wanted and it was the perfect size! The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft & cozy. We didn’t need access to a full kitchen, the kitchenette was plenty big & useful to store any leftover nibbles and kept our waters cold for the warm spring days. The unit was bright, airy and had plenty of natural light to welcome us. Amy’s initial instructions/directions were clear and precise and didn’t leave us with any questions. We were also very lucky that Amy also provides a private parking pad! We’ll definitely stay here again for our next visit to Nash-Vegas/12South!

We could not have asked for better hosts, a better location and a more comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful neighborhood, close to everything, and yet very private, quiet and safe. Our hosts gave us outstanding recommendations, we wasted no time settling in, and I’m not sure I’ve ever slept in a more comfortable bed. I slept so soundly. Lori and her husband are kind, cool and we felt like locals. Did pretty much everything they recommended. The place is super cool, plenty of room for a couple. We could tell by the things they had in the place for us that they are very thoughtful cool people. Perfect, I highly recommend if you like privacy and the neighborhood vibe, nice knowledgeable hosts and an extremely comfy bed. We’ll be back & many thanks.

Great little place to stay, right by 12 South on a quiet residential street yet all of the bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

Exactly what we were hoping for! Beautiful space in a perfect little neighborhood, just a few minute walk to downtown Franklin. Liz was a wonderful host, look forward to coming back!

The stay at Billie's place was great. The host also helped in rebooking the property after it was canceled by accident. The place itself is extremely well maintained, has great games and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Would definitely recommend the place. Ideal getaway for a staycation! And would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

There are so many AWESOME things to say about Candice and Matt’s place, starting with how great they are as hosts! Beautiful space, great lay out (loved the kitchen and closet design), and well stocked from kitchen appliances, condiments, to extra paper towels, etc. The “extras” and thoughtful touches really make a difference when traveling, one less thing you have to worry about. The guesthouse has such a comfortable/at home feeling - we loved just hanging out drinking coffee, planning what to explore next in the area. Also, I need to mention how squeaky CLEAN it is, top notch. The neighborhood is quiet and has a cool vibe with a lot of walkable bars, restaurants, and the park/greenway. 10-minute Uber ride to Broadway or Nissan Stadium, so very conveniently located, but tucked away from the hustle of downtown. Don’t hesitate to book Candice and Matt’s place, it’s a gem.

Staying at The Retreats at South Water Manor was an absolutely fabulous experience. Extraordinary attention to detail in renovating this warm and historic little building. Beautifully curated with luxurious furnishings. Such a comfortable bed too! More spacious and stunning than the photos can portray. Breakfast at The Bistro just steps away was a very pleasant surprise and the little shops at The Manor added an extra treat. Heather is a warm, engaging, responsive host. I will return again and again and again.

We had a great stay at the Carriage House! Perfect size for two of us, cozy, charming, and clean! Great location, we loved walking to restaurants on 12 South and found a great running route! Will definitely stay again!

We had a brief but wonderful stay at Katherine’s place! It’s the cutest spot, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is fantastic - close to everything, but her backyard area is like a beautiful oasis! Katherine was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

From the moment I booked Jon’s place he couldn’t have been more welcoming, responding to my messages within minutes. We were given full, clear instructions for check in and there was lots of useful information on the house and area. Jon’s place is well located for downtown Nashville and we used Uber to get around easily. The cosy apartment was a quiet oasis after the hustle and bustle of the city. And was within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants. We particularly liked the cocktails at Urban Cowboy! We also made good use of the umbrellas in the hallway! Thanks to Jon for being an excellent host and we would not hesitate to recommend his place. Fantastic!

This place was great, especially if you have a student at Belmont. Super close to Broadway and 12th street. Clean and the sofa bed is one of the most comfortable sofa beds I’ve ever slept on.

We absolutely loved our stay at Christiane’s place! The location was just incredible and the unit was perfect. It is much bigger than it looks in the photos and was very comfortable for 4 adults. Every time we visit Nashville we go to 12 South and have to drive around looking for parking, and during peak times it can be extremely difficult to find anything but everything was in walking distance from the Airbnb which was amazing! Comfortable beds and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. We cannot wait to come back!!

This was a nice, relaxing stay. It was just as described. It is in a peaceful, wooded area which we found to be a perfect way to spend the weekend. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very organized. There is a guest book with very detailed instructions and suggestions.

We were delayed in arriving due to heavy rain on our drive. No problems getting there a little later. this is our second time staying here and is a very nice accommodation. We have family near by and we're able to walk to visit them. We felt safe at all time of day in the neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable and lovely place to stay.

This Airbnb might be one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts thought of everything so many amazing small details from first aid kits to bobby pins and hair ties. There was nothing they didn’t think of. They left snacks and water and a very sweet note would definitely stay here again also bonus it’s in a great neighborhood very walkable to restaurants and boutiques. Bonus even though it’s in a great neighborhood it is super quiet and safe.

Great spot. Everything felt incredibly clean and modern. Good wifi for work. Would totally stay again.
