We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. Welcome to Norris Cottage Unit B.... Unit B is the rear portion of a duplex unit. The property is located on a charming street in the heart of downtown St. Mary's. St. Mary's, Georgia is a picturesque coastal village at the southern most point of the state. The cottage is walking and biking distance to shops, dining and access to the Cumberland Island ferry. The home has two lovely bedrooms, a cozy living area, kitchen and bathroom. Norris Cottage is small, but welcoming and efficient.

This historic country general store, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is within easy walking distance to art galleries and cultural events, restaurants, bars, night life, and family-friendly activities. This residence is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (pets, max. of 2). We are unable to allow guests to host gatherings and house parties. The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!
