As described, in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Kids loved the pool and we liked the outdoor space on the property.

Carolina’s home was just as described. Clean, roomy and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. My son’s and I enjoyed our little getaway and Carolina’s home felt like home away from home. She was very responsive to all my questions. 10/10 stay 👌. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Geoffrey’s place for my work trip. The house was clean and comfortable and the large, fenced in, front and back yards were great for our dogs. Geoffrey’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall it was a great experience!

Wonderful place close to the beach. Well accommodated in the kitchen and beach supplies in the garage made vacation so much easier. Just a walk to food places and very clean inside. Perfect cosy little nook for a family outing!

Something came up and we had to move to another location that Lisa owned. She was quick to respond and took care of the switch. Even though it was late in the evening she was able to complete the switch. The next morning we had a box of supplies deopped off to us for the location. Thank you again!

We stayed for a girl's weekend and it was fabulous! A beautiful, clean home in a cute and quiet neighborhood, just blocks from the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, plenty of bath towels and even high quality Beach/pool towels! Nice stackable washer/dryer. Beds were very comfortable, including the bunks where two adults slept on the bottom ones 🙂 The pool was a little murky when we arrived but the pool guy was already attending to it and it cleared right up. It was definitely a favorite spot! Host was very responsive, friendly and gave reminders about (easy) trash/check out instructions. Oh and the couch was another favorite spot for everyone..SO cozy! Thanks again Parthesh, everyone is already thinking about the next stay!

We were in love with this home. It was the perfect size, clean, in walking distance to everything we wanted to do, the pool was fantastic and truly anything you needed was already there for you. We would 100% be back!! It really felt like a home away from home!

Angela is very responsive. Written communication left within the Airbnb as well as suggestions for restaurants, local activities, etc. Very much appreciated the beach towels, bikes, laundry detergent, dishwasher and dishwashing detergents and plenty of toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for our entire stay. The pool area is beautiful and the pool is nice and warm. The beds were very comfortable. Easy bike ride to the beach and walkable for most. The decor was nice and we were very comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Kids loved the pool. Had an awesome stay. James was very responsive. Will definitely be our go to in Jacksonville.

Very unique place in a great location. Has everything you need and a nice, clean pool. The secret opening for the master bedroom was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed playing on the arcade cabinet. Would stay again!

Perfect stay for the weekend. Quiet and beautiful location, and the host was extremely responsive and proactive. We texted really late for a late checkout and he responded immediately. Let us checkout later and everything. I would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend this charming cottage for your St. Mary’s stay! We visited my sister in Kingsland for the weekend and loved having a space where she could stay with us. The home is dog-friendly, and while they provided waste bags, we brought our own—so thoughtful! The kitchen has both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. We didn’t use the washer and dryer, but they’re a great perk for longer stays. The outdoor seating area was cute, and the included bikes were a nice touch. I don’t understand reviews saying it was too small for two people—we had three adults and a dog, and it was perfect! Two private bedrooms with three beds, a living room with a couch and chair, a full kitchen, and a bathroom—it felt just right. The location is fantastic—walkable to shops and restaurants. We explored the stores, had dinner at The Firefly, coffee and pastries at The Kraken, then grabbed snacks from Farm to Family and enjoyed a movie back at the Airbnb. We’d absolutely stay again!

We have stayed at countless Airbnbs that have been great houses, but we have never stayed at one that felt like home until our stay here. Janet and Jessica were incredibly helpful and responsive. Our stay was quite long and their attentiveness never wavered at any point during our stay - they are incredibly gracious hosts. Definitely check out the coffee shop down the street too, it’s perfect walking distance! My wife’s only issue is that she couldn’t stay there forever 😂

My guests and I had the most enjoyable time here at this place.. the host was very helpful with accommodating our early arrival at no additional cost and made sure to replace any appliances that may not be up to par with thier high standards. The home features two beautiful showers and a living room that melts the day away on the comfy couch. I enjoyed the hammock in the back yard the most watching the jets pass up above.. The beach and great BBQ places just a few blocks away.. we truly enjoyed our stay and will always look here again in the future.

Lipsy was an amazing host! She was quick to respond to all our questions prior to booking. The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and shops. It was clean and well maintained. Had plenty of yard for our two dogs. Will be back on our next trip to Jax.

The home was clean and comfortable. It's in a lovely neighborhood with some great shops/restaurants only 4 blocks away. It may have been in the listing and something that I missed, but we didn't realize the home was a duplex. We didn't have neighbors until the last evening we were there, but we brought our dogs along. They can be a bit barky at times, so we might have booked a standalone home to avoid unhappy neighbors.

Overall it was a great stay. It was convenient because the beach was literally across the street. We we didn’t burn any gas riding around looking for things to do. Me and my kids loved it. The pictures on the profile could be better because I actually thought the living room and kitchen was bigger but that didn’t matter honestly. Publix and everything else was down the street! This stay is literally 30 mins away from the zoo , this is a great location for a getaway! Thanks!
