Great area, amazing place Nakita even accommodated an early check in ! Would definitely come back & stay again

Place was exactly as it looked in photos. In a small residential area, felt very safe. Easy access to downtown. Would suggest stopping at dollar store right down the road and purchasing paper towels/kleenex tissues- and shampoos/soaps.

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

We were traveling throughout the Sea Islands region and stopped in St. Mary's to take the ferry to Cumberland Island. Don's place was an unexpected treat!! Reviews are all excellent and spot-on, but we didn't realize how beautiful his property would be and how important it was to have creature comforts after a long day hiking. Everything was awesome!

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

This was a trip for me and my sister and our spouses to visit our retired Navy vet uncle but when we seen this place we decided our uncle needed to come to us😃. The house was beautiful and the dock at the river was a plus because I was able to go fishing a little bit. We really enjoyed and we are already making plans to come back to this exact spot. Our stay at Bridgettes's home was wonderful! The home is beautiful and due to its lovely decor and layout, lended greatly to the enjoyment of our family vacation! The house is on a very large lot, so there is plenty of space to enjoy. Bridgette was responsive, communicative and helpful when we had questions or needed information. We have visited Amelia Island many times over the years, and this is by far our favorite rental! You can’t beat the location right on a quiet part of the beach and walkable to restaurants. The outdoor deck is so peaceful and is the perfect hang out spot for meals and reading. We made use of the beach chairs and toys. The 2 bedrooms/2 baths were perfect for our family of 4. We’ve already booked our return stay for next year!

The place was great! Super clean, on the beach and close to everything. Spent 3 weeks there and never had a problem! Can’t wait to go back again!

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We loved this Airbnb! Ocean views from every window and the patio allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning. Ground floor level, proximity to beach access & pool was convenient. Only good things to say about this little place.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again.
