Simply put…great place, great location, great host. All 3 kids, including my wife and I immediately loved the place, and didn’t want to leave. I lucked into David's place while attending a conference in National Harbor. The two-bedroom apartment was large, recently refurbished and more than met my needs. It was extremely convenient to the convention center. The staff at the resort were helpful and pleasant and the jacuzzi tub in the apartment --and lovely outdoor jacuzzi in the main resort-- ended up being a treat as well as a blessing for my sore back. The price is high but so are all the hotel prices in the area plus the apartment is big and there were amenities at the Club Wyndham that you don't get at other places. Would stay again if I have to return for another conference

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

Perfect stay in DC with a view of the Capitol. Easy to reach, plenty of „free“ parking, plenty of space in the apartment and everything in walking distance. Liz was easy to chat with and flexible with check in/out. We will Come back for another DC visit.

Loved the place. Probably the cleanest and best smelling place I’ve ever stayed at. Great location and hopefully I can come back and stay with Mathias. Great communication as well.

I stayed here for a week while working in the area and wow, Joe went above and beyond to assure I knew my way around the area and felt right at home. He proactively checked in to see if I needed anything. His stay is in a quieter location yet still close to the city while being able to avoid traffic. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay, and just as it was the first time, we really enjoyed the stay. Hans is a great, super responsive host. The home is a quick taxi/rideshare away from most main attractions in DC. We really enjoyed ourselves!

This was perfect for us, way cheaper than a hotel, able to cook a few meals here, was clean and safe area, local restaurants were good! It is about two miles from then downtown mall attractions, so we parked in the garage attached to the unit and used uber to get to attractions, way cheaper and easier than driving/parking. Hosts were responsive. Would stay here again.

We had a very nice stay… great location near several tasty restaurants and it’s about a 10/15 minute walk from Shaw Howard Metro Station. It was very cozy and spacious and we felt secure with the automatic locks on both front and back doors. Our hosts were very responsive and had great recommendations for the area around us. Pulling into the back parking space was pretty tight so if you have a vehicle bigger than a 2020 RAV4, you may need to find alternative parking.

Our trip was nothing short of amazing! Our first time in DC and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. George was an amazing helpful host. We even left a few items behind and he reached out to see if we would like them shipped! Absolutely would recommend his place to anyone! And will definitely be staying again for our next DC trip! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This was my first air bnb experience and definitely won’t be my last. Charlie gave recommendations on places to eat and visit in the area. The parking space was perfect for my car. The place is beautiful and so clean. I definitely recommend staying here. I know I would stay here again.

Christopher's place was perfect for our weekend girls trip to DC. It was just outside of the city, which meant less traffic and noise. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking was easy to find at all times. The unit itself is cozy - kitchen was very clean and beds were comfy. Board games and local food recommendations were also provided and were much appreciated! Overall, we had a great time!

Our family of four (one five year old, one seven year old, and two parents) wanted to spend the week of February break touring Washington DC, and this was the perfect unit for us! Commuting to and from the city via public transportation was especially easy.

A very nice place to stay! Apartment is clean and easy to find. The garage is covered and guests have a designated parking space. Elevators and ramps are readily available for those with mobility issues. The apartment is clean, tidy, and has all amenities you could need. The location has a neighboring nature center just down the sidewalk- plenty of green space and sidewalks to walk your pets. About a 10 min walk to a nearby mall with shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.
