Willow Place is next to Beech Place (sleeps 4) and Acorn Place (sleeps 6) each with private patio, garden and parking.

Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 30 minutes from the city of Norwich. The Stables is on an old farm on the outskirts of Tunstead village. In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room.

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer.
