We had a lovely short 4 day stay . It took just under 30 mins to walk on the rail trail, (which was just across the road) to go to the Summersalt Festiva -l fantastic location.

Great little cottage. Very comfortable and with heaps of character. Little details thought of and would recommend for people wanting to experience a little bit of Penola’s history.

Lisa was easy to communicate with and, having stayed with her before, I knew her place was perfect for someone travelling with dogs. There had been an issue with a previous guest and Lisa went out of her way to make sure that didn't impact my stay.

We had a great stay — the place was exactly as described. We had 8 of us in town for a fishing charter, and the house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, homely, and communication was easy throughout. The games room was definitely a highlight and provided plenty of entertainment. Would happily stay again!

We had a great stay at Tracey’s place. Only a short drive in to town. Super comfy beds, great shower pressure, nice and clean had everything we need!

This was our second stay at Craiglea and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Craiglea is a sublimely peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful homestead and surrounds. Craiglea is immaculately presented and Kerry's home made scones and home made apricot jam are simply delicious. We plan to continue to return to Craiglea in future. Just a wonderful find.

Lovely little spot near the Grampians National Park. Cavendish itself was very walkable, loved the river walk to the lookout point and had a great meal at the Bunyip Hotel. Great spot, would recommend!

It was incredible being able to lay in bed and look out the windows at the stars.

Such a beautiful place to stay with our family. Convenient to the Main Street and an easy house to be in. Would highly recommend.

Ned's place is a good mix of character and comfort. Wide open farm surrounds, with a fruit tree orchard and sheep grazing in the distance. Bedrooms were cozy and kitchen was well equipped. Has a pool table and board games to keep yourself entertained. Communication was proactive

Waking up to birdsong and enjoying a morning coffee with stunning countryside views was a highlight of every day. The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Whether we were relaxing indoors or exploring the nearby attractions, it was the perfect base for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations and ensuring our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We’re already planning our next visit — highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, tranquil spot!

Second stay at Ayr Cottage and everything was immaculately clean, easy to walk everywhere and extremely comfortable. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing place! So private and peaceful. Wonderful that the dogs could come too. It was the perfect place to unwind, go off-grid and spend quality time together. The stocked pantry was a lovely surprise too!

We had a beautiful relaxing stay here, Leanne was a very friendly host, the cottage was very peaceful, very cosy, we loved the wood fire, it homely feel and was kept very clean, thanks for a lovely stay Leanne, would highly recommend to anyone looking

It was nice to stay at Kim and Dean place. The area was quiet and we had a restful nights. It was close to shops for groceries. We can travel around and cross border for other attractions.

Sarah's cottage was perfect for myself and my partner to have a getaway for a few days. It was well presented, had clean and comfortable bedding and the spa bath and fireplace were lovely. The cottage is in a peaceful location with plenty to do. It is close to a supermarket and has other local shops close by to look at. We enjoyed our walk down Petticoat lane and a dinner at the Royal Oak. We went for a couple of drives to explore The Naracoorte caves and Mount Gambier where the blue lake and the Sink hole were beautiful! Thank you for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sarah's Cottage and experiencing the Limestone Coast.
