My husband and I enjoyed our stay; the neighborhood/ home is historical and has a great downtown area to walk and see the riverside. We will definitely consider booking again!

This place was perfect for me and my husband! We spent the weekend here for a wedding and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was a close walk to everything we needed and very clean! The host was amazing with instructions and quick to respond. There is also a house manual that has a lot of great information and suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We look forward to staying with Coco again!!

A wonderful week in Jacksonville staying at Zack’s place. Would definately seek him out when I come back again!

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I stayed at this listing for a month and felt safe and comfortable. The unit is a private suite connected to the main house, but you maintain total privacy with in-unit amenities. The space is perfect for one or two guests, and the unit is located for you to enjoy Fleming Island and Orange Park. Jackie keeps the bathroom VERY well stocked also! Of note- for guests working from home, the WiFi is not the fastest. There is a smell of tobacco as mentioned in a previous review, but we did not find it to be an issue during our visit. I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and very responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect and peaceful but still close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Great place! Has everything you need. I stayed for a bit over a month and it was a good long term stay. The in unit washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Has all the needed amenities like pots/pans, coffee, plates, extra linens, etc. The host was very responsive and helpful! The area is safe and seems peaceful, no super loud noises except the occasional neighbor or train, it didn’t feel unsafe at any time. Parking is conveniently close. Definitely would book again when i’m back in Jax!

Julia was absolutely so sweet and cheerful. She made me and my fiancé feel at home and so welcomed. The place was absolutely so lovely and so close to the beach. If we are ever back in that area we will definitely be contacting Julia again!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Carla was very responsive, helpful, and made everything so easy and enjoyable. The location is great and very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and in a very safe area. If we are ever around town again we will definitely reach out to her!

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was stunning, and all the thoughtful touches like coffee, sweets, and water made the experience even better. I’m beyond pleased with my stay and truly grateful. Awesome stay at this cute little retreat in Springfield! The pool is great, beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great water pressure in the shower, which is always a big plus :) We loved it and will definitely be back!

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything seemed brand new, communication was quick, the pool was very relaxing, and there was so much to do nearby. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of room. We look forward to staying here again.

This place was perfect for us (2 couples and a baby). Having a pack n play and high chair allowed us to actually fit in the car with everything else haha. Multiple/other kids would be accommodated easily as well. We didn’t feel cramped at all so it made for a really nice vacation. Particularly the huge balcony having eating and relaxing space was so nice. Beach access was easy/convenient. Having the storage unit (including provided wagon and 2 chairs) was great to avoid bringing sand into the unit and simplified getting down to and up from the beach. Loved the neighborhood as well, able to walk to plenty of places and just generally nice, relaxing walks. Will definitely stay again!
