Was a very cozy weekend getaway. Very close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to stay when you just want to getaway from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves.

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location near the ocean was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to the host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and loved having access to the gym next door. The unit was clean, good location and we would definitely come back. The unit owner was very easy to communicate with, very helpful at any time if we had a question which was appreciated. Highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful stay with kids. I could do my my jogging and sports in the morning at the park where is very close to the house. Very comfortable bedrooms, each with their osn bathrooms. Everything is thought for the comfort and joy. Beach umbrellas, chairs were ready, and even toys for the kids. I definitely recommend the location as well.

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the accommodations were very comfortable. Could see beach access from front yard, a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Outside shower was a plus. There was a front porch with sitting area as well as a back yard patio area that was completely fenced in. Perfect location to stay for all the local restaurants. Margaritaville, Salt Life Food Shack, and many others within 8 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!!

Zac was great! Very responsive leading up to vacation and during our stay. Air bnb was as expected and the A/C unit worked phenomenally! The location is GREAT and the surrounding neighborhoods are easy to walk around as well as lots of shops and beach access was plentiful. It was a nice bonus to have the beach items stocked.

My family and I loved staying at Blake’s place! The house is super cute, very clean, had everything we needed, and is close to the beach. We also loved having access to the bikes; which we used for exploring the neighborhood. And if you have an EV, don’t forgot your charger because you can plug in at the house (the house has a charger outlet right in the driveway). Blake goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. We all agreed, we would like to stay here again on our next trip to Jacksonville.

We had a fantastic day. The house was spotless and cozy exactly as described. It was in a great little location. Our house was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The place was great! Super clean, on the beach and close to everything. Spent 3 weeks there and never had a problem! Can’t wait to go back again!

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

Literally walking distance from the beach. We will be coming again. His response time was very fast and he allowed us to check in early without us asking. Great place, would recommend!

My friends and I had such a great experience from the begin to the end. Hillary made sure we had all we needed to make our stay special. The communication was much appreciated, letting us know the elevator was down we was able to be prepared to go up just one flight of stairs. Such a beautiful and clean home we will definitely be back. Thank you again Hillary!!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. We loved our stay at Darlene’s place and will return every time we visit the area. It was very comfortable clean and very nice decor! Darlene was very friendly and helpful answering questions.
