Regale the senses in this blissful retreat with a pickle ball court, a private dock, and 9 acres of lush greenery. The home boasts a nautically-themed interior which leads to an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The home has three large bedrooms and a pull out sofa for up to 8 guests. For larger families we have an additional pool home just across the atrium which accommodates up to 4 additional guests in two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The price per guest above 8 covers this additional home.

Chrissy's Cozy Cottage is just what is says COZY and comfortable. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and a door to the outside deck overlooking a preserve. 2cd bedroom has a trudle sofa that opens to a full bed. All linens are included. Plenty of seating for visitors around dining room table and counter. We are a 5 min walk to the ocean and Shuckers restaurant, just across A1A. Golf cart included to get around the island to the beach (about 3/4 mile), river, rec hall, and all amenities. Great for kids (and adults) with mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, ping pong, shuffleboard, swimming pools, and other activities.
