This bijou cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard and sits within minutes of all the village amenities and yet is entirely private.

A cosy, 200 year old, terraced cottage just steps away from the centre of Caistor, a hidden gem of a Georgian country town. Step out the door directly onto the scenic Viking way or use it as a base to tour the surrounding Lincolnshire Wolds. Centrally heated with a wood burning stove in the lounge dining area. A free welcome pack including essentials available on your arrival. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome, the garden is fully fenced and suitable for supervised free exercise.

The double bedroom provides a cosy space complete with large comfortable bed for the perfect nights sleep.

If your looking for a quiet break in a quaint cottage with rolling fields around you this cottage is a home from home, the cottage is in the heart of Binbrook Village with the Viking way on the doorstep. For sporty guests there's Market Rasen Racecourse which is a few miles away as well as Cadwell park. And if your a beach lover we are central to Cleethorpes and Skegness with all the attractions. The cottage can sleep 4 guests as there is a pull out guest bed available.

Market Rasen racecourse is 10 minutes away. It would suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. A selection of breakfast choices will be left in the studio for you to help yourselves to what you like when it suits you.

Snugzz at The Sali is close to Market Rasen, Caistor, Lincoln, and the Wolds. You’ll love staying here because of the outdoors space, the comfy bed, the quirky and unique cabin, and the veranda with its beautiful views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Sorry, no dogs in this cabin, we strive to keep it allergen free but ok in our other Snugzz which is dog and family friendly!

The Saddlehouse at Wykeham

Enjoy the lovely setting of this luxurious hideaway in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Our Saddlehouse is set to the side of the farmyard of our working farm and is metres away from the Viking Way footpath. A perfect retreat for walkers and mountain bikers. The farm is situated on a dead-end lane and boasts gorgeous uninterrupted views of the wolds. Sadly unsuitable for infants or children.
